My wife refuses to use our zero turn mower and often times we only need to trim a small area around the house. Our gas push mower doesn't work anymore so we've just been using the weedeater to "mow" the grass. Saw this SnapFresh mower for a good bit cheaper than the Ryobi electric mower and decided to give it a shot. Being winter, I wasn't able to give it a test on really tall grass, but thanks to the spring like fall that we had plenty of grass has sprouted back up that needed to be mowed down. The mower is much quieter than the db label states, I didn't even feel the need for hearing protection. No trouble cutting grass even down to the lowest height setting. Yes, this states about 1/4 acre capacity so be aware of that going in. For our needs it will be perfect. Be sure to actually read the instructions or you might end up like me thinking you got a bum unit - the safety switch on the side wasn't super obvious. Overall, pretty impressed. The mower is powerful and super compact - being able to fold most of the way up and having a builtin handle is great.

This lawnmower works well for the money. It is very lightweight and seems like a child’s toy lawnmower! The batter doesn’t last that long but neither do the more expensive cordless lawn mowers. You can use the battery as a phone charger so that’s kind of neat.

Feels great, but sadly can’t hold the battery for longer than 10 mins. Unable to finish the work. If batteries were good this will be a great device. Returning it today.

The media could not be loaded. This 40V electric lawn mower is awesome! It is powerful, efficient, long-lasting, and can easily handle large lawns. The low noise design does not disturb others, the solid foundation makes operation labor-saving, and it is also easy to stack. The middle part is super high, and it is highly recommended for home use!

This works so much better than my old reel mower which had difficulty cutting thick tall grass. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, works really well, and I love that it’s electric. Just remember to adjust the cutting height if mowing an overgrown lawn - I forgot to do this at first and the blades got jammed and clogged from all the grass. After raising the height it worked perfectly without any problems. My lawn looks so neat and clean now, I highly recommend it. Assembly was easy and the batteries charge quickly.

If you have a small yard, this would be fine I'm sure. But I have two go though both batteries just to get half my front yard, then wait for the long charge time, then do the other half all before I can begin my back yard. The positive is the cutting quality is very nice, but man, I should of got a gas one.
