Purchased the Snailfly Upgraded Roof Rack Cross Bars for my 2020 Kia Telluride SX. They were easy to install and look great. I have used them to carry multiple items through all kinds of conditions both in the US and multiple trips to Canada. They have performed flawlessly. After several years of ownership, one of the lock covers came loose and blew off while driving down the highway. I reached out to Snailfly to inquire about purchasing a replacement, since it was well beyond any warranty. I purchased these Snailfly crossbars for my 2021 Kia Telluride at substantial savings compared to what I would've paid at the car dealership. They worked great, looked sharp, and were not difficult to install despite the somewhat confusing instruction sheet. I recently went on a trip with the crossbars attached to my car, and inadvertently unlocked the 4 attachment point heavy duty plastic covers with the key, thinking I was locking them on instead, and at the end of the trip I discovered that two of the 4 covers had fallen off and were lost. (The crossbars remained structurally intact, but the system was cosmetically compromised.) I contacted Snailfly through Amazon and asked if I could purchase replacement covers rather than having to replace the entire system, and they immediately responded with a nice email, including pictures of the various parts to make sure they knew what I needed. They then mailed me the two replacement parts free of charge! I was very impressed with the quality of the product, reasonable price, and especially the excellent customer service response to my problem. Snailfly has earned my loyalty in spades!

These roof racks are surprisingly easy to install and the clamps seem to hold onto the roof rails strongly. The clamps are also coated in rubber so they do not scratch the painted rails. The locks and plastic covers on the outside are fairly cheap feeling, time will tell how long they last. The size is perfect for our 2021 XC40, they fit perfectly. Cross bars are sturdy, hardware is good quality, bolts attaching crossbars on the outside are stainless steel. No wind noise up to 75 mph highway speeds in the position that I mounted them. Overall, for the price, they are a good purchase.

Overall: Solid crossbar that will hold a bag or whatever attachment. Obviously, better ones exist but this one will do the trick for more mild weather conditions. If you are in freezing conditions I expect that water will get in the cover and freeze it. Although, I am not sure why anyone would need to take it off at that point anyway. That said, works great for us. Good: 1. Price 2. Easy to install 3. Rubber on clamps 4. Plenty of room for sunroof 5. Doesn't make too much noise Bad: 1. Poor instructions (but there are youtube videos) 2. Didn't have hex key (fallen wrench) needed for install 3. Can't go all the way back on the rails but goes far enough 4. The clamp covers aren't a perfect fit 5. The lock cover needs a gasket or something to make it fit tighter. Water will definitely get in there if it's raining. I don't think that it will negatively affect anything in the short term but it might make some parts rust in the long term.

Do not purchase. The key covers are not a good fit and fly off while driving on the freeway. Support is not available as the support email is no longer active. The product is also not returnable. Best to purchase a crossbar withiout a plastic key cover. The mount and bars are good quality and accordian to the correct size. Its a shame that it is ruined by a cheaply made key cover end cap that is merely cosmetic but fall off leaving it looking exposed and unfinished.

Easy to assemble and very easy to install. We needed a simple solution that allowed us to mount a luggage carrier once per year. These were a great value compared to OEM KIA rails. Installed in about 15 min with no instructions needed. Quality seems good, fit and finish was perfect. From the reviews I seen the hardware quality seemed a bit sketchy. When we return from vacation, I will lubricate the hardware and mechanisms before putting away for storage. Highly recommend. Will update review if any issues are encountered.

Very easy to install, simple instructions, took about 30 minutes total. Most difficult part was tightening the little screws under the crossbars. Fit my 2022 Volvo XC90 with flushed non raised side rails. Have not used to transport anything yet but seems to be sturdy.
