These aluminum lockable roof rack cross bars are made really well and feel sturdy once installed. The built‑in lock with a key adds a nice layer of security, and they attach perfectly to my 2022 Tahoe with a snug, reliable fit. The only downside — and the reason for four stars instead of five — is that the kit comes with absolutely no instructions. Installation isn’t overly complicated, but having even a simple guide would’ve made the process quicker.     • Awesome lockable cross bars.
These are very high quality cross bars with very easy to install mounting brackets and designed to support a fairly heavy load of 330 lbs. It only took less than 15 minutes to finish the actual installation, although I spent more time carefully studying the manual before beginning to install. The aluminum material this cross bar is made of makes this very lightweight but at the same time sturdy enough to support that much weight. Because of how the clamp is mounted and tightened, both bars fit the flush style roof side rails perfectly. Now that I have the cross bars on my 2025 Suburban, I can install the ski roof racks on its cross bar to load the skis. For less than half the price of the comparable cross bars from the dealer, this is an excellent value for the cross bars that anyone can easily mount and install. The cross bars open a lot of doors to really expand the SUV and crossover to fully take advantage of the functionalities that the large size vehicles offer. ... show more
