This product is good. The heat setting is not too hot but hot enough to soothe any aches. It is a bit loud on high intensity for the massage options ( I work on phones so I will keep it on low) but the massage functions are great.

This product is great ! The controls , sturdiness, and ease of use is a plus. I just wish the setting that changes the massages allows you to go harder. The massages are dull even with sitting on it :) overall great quality though!

I purchased this item on December 24, 2024. I registered the pad in the window allowed for the warranty! The top massage motor quit working a couple of weeks ago. I called SNAILAX’S customer service line and could not get a live person. Left a message explaining the problem and gave my contact information. I also sent an email to them. I received an email response asking for the information I already gave them. So, I responded to their email giving them that information, again. It has been two weeks and nothing. I not only would not recommend this massage pad, I would not recommend this company! In my opinion, SNAILAX might as well be considered a scam outfit! Amazon should remove this company as one of their vendors! Very frustrated! If I could I would give this ZERO or NEGATIVE stars, I would.

This is a great massager. It does not have the hard balls that rotate, which is I did not want. Those hurt me and I don't like that form of massage. I love those one because it has multiple modes and heat and time settings. It comes for enough at the top to include your neck. Which alot of others do not. I have two and am about to order a third. I bought the first one for myself. But my husband, who has always opted for the ball massagers, decided he liked this one better. I rarely get to use it. Then I bought one for my son, who has a bad back, for Christmas this past year. Now I'm going to get one more for me. This,time no one is taking it away from me lol. This one's mine. I highly recommend this unit. The original is still going strong 4 years later and is used almost daily. Well worth the money for a unit that works great and lasts years with daily use.
