Highly underwhelming in terms of massage. A vibrating pad doesn’t pin-point much. The heat it generates didn’t even materialize until 15 in a session. If you like something that vibrates like a quarter-fed hotel mattress, this is sufficient for you, but if have muscle and joint issues, stick to something stronger and more localizing. ... show more

    • Great neck massager, mediocre vibration mat
The vibrations are not as strong as I liked even at HI mode. The neck massager is superb and easy to use on my neck while I try to enjoy the mediocre vibration mat. On the other hand, my aunt enjoyed it more than I did. She even said that it helps her sleep better at night after she has used it.

It is easy to use and seems to be well made. It has tight stitching thought and is made of nice comfortable fabric. It is easy to take out of the box, lay out on the floor or a mattress, plug it in, and turn it on. It vibrates nicely and has 5 vibration intensities to choose from. The pillow has only an on/off switch. I tried the heat, but I did not feel anything at all. As I said, the vibration does work, but as for me, the vibration really does nothing. This massage mat gives a pretty good vibrational massage. There is a kneading massage for the neck, and there is a heat option. At first I thought the neck massager was broken. I then found a push button on the pillow area (the white power button icon on the pillow). So, if you don’t have that turned on, you’ll miss out on a pretty good neck massage (the best part of the massage mat in my opinion). The rest of the vibration massage areas are controlled by the hand controller. It fits nicely on a recliner with the strap, but the pillow will slip down if you’re not in a reclined position. ... show more

It is definitely a lot more affordable than massage chair but you get almost thee same effect. You can put the mat anywhere you'd like bed, chair, etc. and it works fine! I like how it has many settings for massage and heat and vibration combination make you feel relaxed. I think the "heat" really makes a difference and even better compared to other expensive massage chairs. although it may be tricky to get to every single corner of your body to be massaged (like side of your calf), it does a pretty good job getting most of the body.
