Arrived yesterday morning before I left for work. Just in time because I have been in a crazy amount of pain. Took this bad boy to work and let me tell you... it helped my lower back so much! I wasn't sure before I purchased it. Some of the reviews with low ratings were petty. I figured it was cheap enough I can try it. Glad I did. This massager does not have a strap(s) to hold it in place on my desk chair. The shiatsu portion rubs my backbone which is uncomfortable. It does not seem to fit my office chair correctly. When I use it, I have to place something under my lower legs and feet or I will fall forward out of my chair. I thought I would enjoy using it much more than I do. I don't care for the vibration at all. It is loud and just seems to shake my chair so I am not sure how it is considered helpful. It is just noisy. The user's manual is also lacking. ... show more

I have severe arthritis in my neck and I was given a handheld massager that was way too strong for me and didn't have a heater component. I was hoping for a massage pillow, but I didn't really know what I was looking for. This pillow is absolutely amazing! It hits the right spots in such a way that my eyes roll back in my head bc it feels so wonderful. The price was fantastic, it's easy to use, very durable. The heat is about right. It gets hot enough to make a difference. Some of the other brands I have tried don't. The motor is a bit too weak though. If you push against it too hard it stops. I imagine a lot of people won't have this trouble though since I am looking for a deeper intensity. I have been using it it daily for a few months now and it has held up but is starting to make some noise so I don't expect it to last too much longer.
