No instructions about charging the unit. It comes with a charging cable and charger so we plugged it in. A light came on and it appeared to be charging. While plugged into charger it works. If unplugged it doesn't work. Is it or is it not rechargeable. We bought it because we thought we could charge it and then use without being tethered to the charger.     • It works. Just do not understand why it's rechargable as we still have to use it electrically.
I bought this item as my 80 yr old husband was suffering day and night with zingers in his legs that kept his legs kicking and wasn't getting proper sleep. We received it yesterday evening. Hes used it for a day and a half. No zingers and he's catching up on his sleep. Thank you so much.

I think it's too soon for me to comment. I've only used it twice and while reading other comments,I'm going to follow their advice and use it consistently for a couple of weeks. I do know it feels good while I'm using it. It's also very easy to set up and use.
