It's easy to use & easy to clean. I have not had it for long, so cannot attest to it's durability, but suspect if used appropriately, it will last a long time. I originally purchased this product to make smoothies, but it turned out to be much more versatile than I expected. I’ve been using it regularly for over six months now, and it has become a permanent part of my kitchen routine. When the product arrived, it was well-packaged and securely protected. The first impression was very positive. The materials feel solid and well-made. Visually, the product looks exactly like the photos shown on the listing, which I appreciated. In daily use, I haven’t had any issues with setup or operation. It’s very easy to use, and the blade is much sharper than I anticipated. I’m honestly careful not to touch it directly because it feels extremely sharp. I use it around two to three times a week, mostly for smoothies but also for sauces and quick food prep. Overall, the performance has been excellent. One of the biggest advantages is that it comes with multiple containers. This is very convenient, especially when preparing larger portions or when I don’t want to wash a container immediately. The containers are dishwasher-safe, which makes cleanup easy. I’ve washed both the blades and containers in the dishwasher many times, and there has been no dulling or visible wear. The blade handles ice easily and blends very efficiently. It really feels powerful for its size. As a small note, this is not really a negative, but the blade is extremely sharp, so extra care is needed when washing it by hand. Because of the sharp blade, I would say this product is better suited for adults, and children should only use it under supervision. Overall, I think this product is well worth the price. This Ninja blender works beautifully. I’ve blended smoothies from frozen fruit and ice and it blended completely in under a minute. The motor is powerful. It’s convenient to be able to blend a smoothie into the same container to drink from so there’s only one to clean. That’s one reason why I bought this blender despite having a Vitamix (very old.) The Vitamix is great but it takes up too much storage space in my tiny kitchen and there are two containers to cleanup when making a smoothie. I plan to sell the Vitamix because the Ninja meets my blending needs. I just hope the Ninja has the longevity of the Vitamix. ... show more

I’m giving this four stars because when I put my cup down to blend It shakes pretty bad. And it’s very loud and shakes all over the table or whatever I’m blending on. I do like the ease of it because I can put everything in the cup. Blend it up and drink it and not have a big old mess to clean up afterwards. The blades seem pretty sharp and I think overall it’s a decent blender. Just wished it didn’t shake really bad. And it wasn’t so loud. I don’t think it’s supposed to shake like it does, but I can’t send it back now. Hopefully it’ll last at least a year. ... show more

I'm so happy with my new personal blender. My frozen strawberries didn't stand a chance. My smoothie was the smoothest I've ever had. The motor seems strong, with sharp blades, makes a great product. Also very easy to clean. I love that the blades can go in the dishwasher.

After years of using my Magic Bullet, I decided it was time for an upgrade and chose a Ninja blender because I’ve always known Ninja to be a higher-quality brand. One of the main reasons I switched was that I wanted a larger cup size so I could make bigger smoothies without having to split them into multiple batches. The price of this blender also felt very fair for the quality and brand reputation, which made the decision even easier. One thing I really appreciate about this blender is how straightforward it is to use. There is essentially no assembly required and no complicated buttons to figure out. You simply screw the blade topper onto the cup, place it onto the machine, and press down to start blending. The only downside to this design is that you can’t operate it hands-free—you do have to hold it in place while it blends. That said, it works incredibly fast. It didn’t even take a full minute to completely blend frozen fruit, ice, and the other ingredients in my smoothie. Another feature I liked is that this set came with three cups and multiple lids, including tops that make it easy to drink your smoothie on the go. Having the extra cups is convenient if you’re making drinks for more than one person or prepping ahead. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and feel like it was a worthwhile upgrade from my Magic Bullet. ... show more

Awesome for people who drink protein shakes everyday. Great for smoothies. I put avocado in my protein shake including the seed and it grinds it up in no time. This thing works so good we bought everybody one for Christmas. We use it everyday.
