The media could not be loaded. Update: After returning the original scooter that didn’t work, Rein at customer service reached out to me and wanted to make it right! He sent me a message explaining how sorry they were and even sent my daughter a new scooter that works perfect! My daughter could not be more happy with her new scooter and it seems to be working perfectly. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this company simply off their customer service skills! :) So disappointed. Purchased this for my daughters 7th birthday but it doesn’t work. Bought to of these for my daughters for Christmas, they both worked right out of the box but after 3 days one of them no longer works. My daughter was disappointed that her sisters worked and not hers. Amazon is swapping it out for me, so I hope the new one will work like it’s supposed to. Most of all I hope they get longevity out of them as they ride their scooters ALL the time, so they need to last, especially for what we paid for them. ... show more

I bought 2 of these for my twins for Christmas. My son’s (a black one)worked and is still a month later working fine. My daughter’s, (a pink one) on the other hand has been a complete nightmare. The first one wouldn’t power on unless it was plugged into the wall. One could see where riding would be difficult while plugged in. The return process was simple and a new pink scooter was shipped. This one charged and powered on great. The handlebars, however, on this one didn’t fully lock into place making for a very wobbly ride. Trying not to lose hope because my son loves his, I once again ordered a replacement. I opened the box to find the blue/teal NOT pink scooter like I had ordered, but though hey, if it works who cares. I take the scooter out open the hing and the bar locks into place nice and snug. Great. Then I look at the handles and notice that this electric scooter is completely missing the electric parts. My daughter is so upset and I’m done. Wish I could return the black one just out of spite but I works and he loves it for now. We are all just waiting for this one to break or malfunction as well. Really fun scooter that isn't overpowering for a small child. The motor provides enough boost to make it fun but still requires just enough occasional pushing to ensure the child can keep control. Great style, unbelievably lightweight (feels like a non-electric scooter when carrying), folds up tiny, the side lighting is very appealing to kids. One negative: A bit after the 30-day window closed the scooter gave an "E1" error when it was turned on. Customer support for SmooSat mentioned that the error code meant there is a problem with the throttle assembly but went ahead and sent a full replacement scooter pretty quickly so only a small hiccup. I ordered this for a grandaughter for Christmas. It wouldn't charge. The replacement wasnt going to arrive in time so I had to order a different color then ended up needing to return 2 scooters. My advice would be to order two and hope that one works properly if you have a deadline like a birthday or Christmas. ... show more
