Never had use for it till a couple days ago in some really slushy mud , got my 2016 hilux out on the first try .. really hard to clean the mud off tho

OK,,,I'd like to think that I can give a good honest review on these ramps. I don't use them on my SUV, or during a weekend getaway,,well kind of. We race a Class 11 VW and we race in the of the roughest races in the world. San Felipe 250, Baja 500 and we just finished the Baja 1000,,,1275 miles. We use these countless times when we get stuck in the sand or silt and I'd say that those that have had bad luck might need to look further than this product and maybe look at driving skills. We complete 4 races with these and I'd say we used them half a dozen times in each race. Still on the same pair,,,and they're doing their job, and doing it well. ... show more

    • Don't waste your time
I ordered my last week knowing that I would be heading out to some muddy areas north of Knoxville, TN on Saturday. I received them Friday evening, fresh out of the box, so no issue of being out in the sun or weather for an extended period of time. While out in the woods with some other vehicles my 4runner became stuck in some mud, so I immediately went for my new traction devices. I placed them under the front two wheels and began to roll over them, once the front left wheel was on top of the track, everyone with me told me they heard a loud crack. I then got wheel spin and wasn't able to move. Apparently the track had snapped in two. After winching out we dug up tracks and the left track was cleanly snapped. This happened to be a good experiment, we are planning a long trip out west and had this happened while we were out in the middle of no where, i'm not sure what we would have done. I'll now spend the money on the other name brand and have a piece of mind to go along with it. Made in China, crap crap crap! ... show more

Good alternative to the super expensive sand tracks Good quality carry bag if storage if your keeping them inside your truck Unlike really cheap ones these tracks fit nicely inside each other for a more compact fit Only addition would have been a couple of straps for retrieving them from the mud They do have good grab handles though along the sides ... show more
