These are not nearly as tasty as the Nature’s-made Vitamin D3, which had me craving skittles, lol, but my body needed more vitamins after many hospitalized months during 6 hours-long surgeries for bone-killing avascular necrosis and 2 hospital borne Superbugs that left me in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, due to all the meds forced down my throat in the hospital, I developed a gag response to swallowing pills. Especially the large capsules that taste so bad and won’t go down.(Don’t tell, but I’d even hidden some pills from the two handfuls given me when the nurses weren’t watching.) These are acceptable, larger than the D3, but splitting the four into two twice a day helps. It may be a placebo effect, but I think they’re boosting my energy, which lifts my depression. The sugar is admittedly higher than I’d like, but I don’t have much sugar in my diet, and it’s safer than artificial sweeteners & much better than tasting fish oil would be. ... show more

I don’t like taking pills and I also have MTHFR so I cannot take any vitamins with folic acid. I chose these gummy vitamins because they have Methylfolate instead of folic acid. You have to eat four gummies to get the full daily dosage but they taste good so it’s not a problem.

I have to have my vitamin B as a methyl due to MTHFTH double gene. It’s hard to find. Also, my med doc recommended a magnesium supplement, my eye doc recommended Lutien, the fish oil helps me concentrate, and I appreciate the trace elements just in case, and need also vitamin D because I live in the north. This vitamin checks all the boxes! My only dislike is that they are sickeningly sweet and my sugar is high. Recommend taking all that sugar out and just making them fruit juice sweet. Definitely the best all around I have found without getting overmuch supplemented. They are super expensive though, so sometimes I just purchase the regular Smarty Pants at my grocery. ... show more
