They taste really good, but I wish they’re less sweet. They come with 3 different flavors in the bottle: Lemon, Orange and Strawberry Banana, all flavors are delicious. I like that they include important ingredients: Omega3, methylfolate, Vit K, Iodine, Vit B6, Inositol Niacinate and Vitacholine. This prenatal doesn’t include iron, if your doctor recommends iron supplement, you need to add another iron pill. They are free of synthetic colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, gluten, yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nut allergens, peanuts, fish, shellfish and salicylates. It’s recommended to take 4/days with or without food, you can take 4 gummies at once or split throughout the day, 4 gummies to take is not difficult as they are tasty. The new recipe that comes in the squared container is not as tasty in my opinion. I preferred the old formula that came in a round container. The new gummies seem denser and dont have a translucent gummy like appearance or juicy taste.

I originally started with One-A-Day prenatals but could hardly stomach them in my first trimester and got tired of taking a giant kidney bean like pill.     • Missing calcium and iron
Currently pregnant and took these for 3-4 month prior to pregnancy as preparation. Got pregnant quickly and felt ok until about 7-8 weeks. I know first trimester makes you unbelievably tired but I could hardly get out of bed. Constant, unbelievable fatigue. Couldn’t figure it out until I realized these are missing iron and calcium. My husband went out and bought some Fe and Ca supplements that night and by the morning I felt like a new person. I switched to ritual prenatal after this event until now at 15 weeks I throw up any time one of those fishy tasting things get near me. Now I am back to these because I can stomach them and just supplement with a tasteless Ca and Fe pill. Don’t make my mistake and make sure you are getting everything you need! These are the 3rd prenatal I’ve tried, and my favorite! I plan on using these for the rest of my pregnancy. Pros: -TASTES GOOD -Better texture than some gummies (easy to chew, doesn’t get stuck in teeth) -Folate from L-methylfolate instead of folic acid. As I understand, L-methylfolate is easier for the body to absorb. -Smells good -Very affordable per serving Cons: -You have to take 4 to make a serving. (not really a big deal tho since they taste good) -Does not contain calcium or iron. (but those are virtually impossible to find in any gummy) -Has 6 grams of sugar and 40 calories per serving. *I WAS NOT PAID OR COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY FOR THIS REVIEW. Just sharing my experience to help out other moms-to-be :) ... show more

I have used these gummies my entire pregnancy. They taste and smell good and I’ve barely missed any days since they’re like a snack. Early on they’d make me a little queasy if I ate them before food but aside from that, they haven’t made me feel sick like some vitamins do. I would definitely recommend though! ... show more
