Gummies taste decent. You can taste a little "vitamin flavor", but it's subtle. The only reason for 4-stars is because you have to take 6 gummies as 1 serving.

It’s a good vitamin, and we like that it has CQ-10 in it. Just know it is NOT returnable if you subscribe and get too many, change your mind, etc.

Tasty gummy for getting those vitamins
I struggle with taking vitamins due to the after taste, digestive issues they cause, apparent ineffectiveness. These gummies are physically effective, have no unpleasant digestive side effects, or awful taste.

These actually make me feel better & more awake after a few days
I have seen a lot of people complain about Smarty Pants, saying they have too much sugar, and yes, they are a bit too sweet, but it isn't in an amount that is going to cause any health risks in the future, and definitely not in a level to put you into a diabetic coma.. I have been trying many differe
nt types of multi-vitamins and dieting products to see which ones do and do not work, Here is something I noticed about Smarty Pants... After about 3 days of taking them, I feel more awake, and more energized. You know how you occasionally wake up in the morning and just feel GREAT, no coffee required, you don't feel jittery, you just feel like you can take on the world, this is what these do to me. When I gave these a second try, I had been taking Modafinil, which is a medication that peopel claim is a " smart drug" like from the movie "limitless" it isn't but it is used to treat narcolepsy and is therefore more like speed in a pill. I stopped taking it a few days before trying Smart Pants again, and this was going to cause issues, as stopping the medication would be like abruptly stopping coffee, or any other medication, increased drowsiness, irritability, sleeplessness, etc. However, day 3, I woke up and felt GREAT, I have also noticed my panic attacks to have reduced also, not gone, but reduced, I feel better in general. Other multivitamins have not had this effect on me. I don't know what it is that Smarty Pants is using to cause this, but I would love to find out. Anyway, highly recommended from me, a rocket scientist, with zero experience in biology and nutrition. That isn't true, I had to take a year of nutrition while attending Le Cordon Bleu, Portland, but I assure you, I slept through that class.

I have always taken a multi vitamin but with this brand I really noticed a difference same day. The energy and focus that I have really peaked my interest in the brand and made it very easy to take on the daily. ALSO for all my people that struggle to eat breakfast, you don’t need to eat these with a
meal. That make a huge difference for me. If I don’t take vitamins first thing sometimes I forget so knowing that I can grab these at any time meal or not has been best for consistency. Looking forward to trying more from the line.
