The heater itself is fine. Everything about it works as expected. The issue is with the app that you need to control the WiFi. The WiFi feature is the ONLY reason I chose it. If I didn’t need that, any heater would do. It’s in a smallish greenhouse and I need to be able to check and control the temperature 24/7. Programming it to run automatically at certain temperatures should be pretty easy (it was on the heaters I had that got recalled) but this app was made by someone who doesn’t know how to make an app, maybe? The website is the same. The features and options you need are listed, but when chosen either do nothing at all, don’t work when programmed, or the options given don’t coincide with what the appliance can do. Lots of dead ends, blank or nonexistent options, and little to no help from the company who sells them. If I ask 3 questions, I get one answer that either doesn’t resolve the problem, or no answer at all. I miss my Govee heaters and their awesome app and customer service. This one seems to be created in someone’s mom’s basement with Wix, the website self creation app. In the photo you can see it’s in military time. But, you can’t program it to run past midnight. It’s a glitch they said, and a workaround that doesn’t work.

Nice little heater, I really appreciate the ease of use. Plug it in, scan the QR code in the manual, download the app, and connect. The connection was easy. could not get it to pair with Google Home think it may be a Google problem), but it has its own app that works great. You can set the temp on eco mode which is awesome, it allows you to set it like a thermostat. Being able to preheat from your phone is nice, it would work well for a guest room that needs some extra heat, or if you have an unbalanced heated area of your house. It puts out a fair amount of heat, and is easy to set up and use if you're not tech savvy. It has its own remote. I haven't used the remote, but it looks like a pretty basic easy to use.

I took a chance on this heater since there were no reviews when I purchased it, but I'm glad I did. Its been working great for the last two weeks. I got it to replace my Govee space heater, which had a recall. This heater IS compatible with Alexa! I had to download their app, but then was able to connect via Alexa. It has multiple modes, but I usually keep it on Eco, which uses its own built in ambient thermostat (which is not 100% accurate, but its close by a few degrees). It heats up my bedroom (about 140sq ft) fairly quickly, it can go from 60 degrees F to 68 degrees F (the perfect temp for me) in about an hour or so. I'm very happy with this heater and I hope it lasts a long time!

This little heater puts out more heat than my full size electric fireplace. I love that it comes with a remote and there are a lot of options with controls yet it is kept really simple and intuitive. This helps me so much on cold mornings to get out of bed because I can just hit the button on the remote and immediately feel the room warming up. It's also great that it has a setting to just keep the room at a certain temperature range. It has a child lock and an oscillation feature as well, which I show in the video. I love that this is small enough to be able to take on road trips during the colder months to use wherever I end up staying. I hate being cold! I tested the safety feature several times of knocking it over and it immediately goes into a cool-down mode, so it sounds like it's still running, but it is blowing cool air, so that is a really great safety feature. I haven't connected it to Bluetooth yet or tried to operate it from my phone so I don't have any information on that, but for my needs it is exactly what I want.

No doubt this little heater works and put out a good amout of heat. I've used this heater for my son's room in my upstair bedroom so I can control it from the comfort of my bedroom throughout the night. The reason why I'm putting a 3 star and will probably return it is due to that it won't allow me to manually turn it on or turn it on through the app after having it plug in 2 days in a row. I would constantly have to go and unplug it to restart the heater. I find this annoying and does not meet my demand to heat the bedroom at my desire time from wherever I am in my house.
