Simple and solid unbleached parchment workhorses. They fit well into standard jelly roll pans and cookie sheets for home ovens. (1/2 sheet pans) Arrived flat (sweet!) and well packaged. Simple enough to tease out a single sheet for use- makes baking and general sheet-pan cookery a breeze! I've bought others that arrived folded or were bleached. I got tired of the roll of parchment that would curl up and overhand the baking sheet. Now I just pull out a sheet of parchment from the cardboard box and place it on the cookie sheet. I use it for everything! My only complaint is that the sizing is slightly off. It is a little wider than my pans (and I have 8 pans purchased from multiple places and given to me from other people so I'm assuming my pans aren't a random size) and shorter in length than my pans. It's not a big deal for using them but it just keeps it from being a 5-star product. It's the engineer in me. ... show more

Did not realize that there was a perforated cut at top of box that you could open after trying to cut down the taped side and opening the box. Once I saw it on 1st box looked and 2nd box and it was as Duh moment. Bought to put in bottom of gas stove for when I Air Fry things. Always have to run self cleaning and it gets to be a pain in the rear. I think this will work and excited to find out. ... show more

In the box there is no odor but when I put this into my air fryer and it gets heated up this parchment paper secretes a sweet odor, kind of an industrial smell. I find this worrisome and don't want my food polluted with unknown chemicals so I will not use this in MY kitchen. I cannot recommend this item for it's intended use at this time. ... show more

When I use the air fry option in my Ninja Foodie the paper catches fire. I was standing right there and was able to take the tray out once I saw and smelled the fire so there was no damage. Obviously I will be returning it. It was however easy to use and remove on the bake setting but I am not going to keep it around in hopes my family remember not to use it on air fry settings. ... show more

This parchment paper is a great product. It lies flat, no curl. It is cost-effective. And more than enough to satisfy your baking extremes. I used it to bake cranberry-raisin oatmeal cookies and they cooked up perfectly with no need for non-stick sprays, etc. From now on, no expensive rolls of French parchment paper. Bought these just to test them out and I love them! Nice, flat box packaging. Easy to use. Fits half sheet pans. I have been able to get 2 uses out of one sheet (depending on what I'm cooking, of course). They don't burn like some other papers. Keep up the good work!

Like others have said they arrive flat packed and they fit nicely into a cookie sheet. There is a warning about maximum temperature and they will get a bit brittle if you are at or close to the max, but I've never had it catch fire. They make clean up so easy.
