So far so good. Filled it up with oil, liked it came with the funnel dealio and oil. Started right up on the 2nd pull, and produced power. Also my wife said it isn’t ugly, so that’s a plus. Bought a magnetic oil dipstick to replace the plastic one to help get bits of metal out of the crankcase. We will see how it holds up when there’s the inevitable power outage due to winds in this area of the PNW. Edit 01/2024 Power went out for 5 days during sub freezing temps a couple weeks ago. Ran it 24 hours a day for 5 days. Powering a side by side fridge freezer, and the gas heat blower and condensation pump. For a couple days I also hooked up my desk so I could WFH as well as a TV and PS5. Ran on about 4 or so gallons per day, and refilled every 12 hours. It’s very quiet, especially compared to my neighbors non inverter genny. The oil change is kind of a pain as the design is to pull the drain and the oil drains into the bottom of the plastic housing out of a drain hole. I purchased a drain valve with a 90 degree elbow to make this less messy next time. Overall super happy with this purchase and it has paid for itself during this last outage.

Great Generator for the Money

The generator came in the box no problems, no dents or damages. Came with oil. Followed the quick start instructions, put the oil in, pulled the crank and started right up. Tested all the plugs and they all work fine. The best part is there is an Eco setting that conserves fuel while operating and also sets the generator to a quieter level. For the price I paid, very happy with the generator and it's capabilities/features.

This quiet generator is exactly as described and was perfect for our outdoor wedding event. It is very easy to start, it Runs very quietly, and ran all day into the night without using very much gas. Easy to transport due to the wheels and collapsible handle. We could have rented one for 1 day for $386, but instead we bought this one. Great purchase.

Quietest Inverter generator I found

This was easy to set up and easy to start, very quiet and puts out plenty of power. They also designed it well, making maintenance and storage a breeze, for example it was easy and straightforward to drain the gas from the float bowl and simple to add oil to the unit. They also provide the right type and amount of oil in the package so you are ready to go right out of the box. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a solution to power outages but doesn't want the noise that most generators put out.

Westinghouse quality

I purchased a smaller 1800/2200 inverter generator years ago, and needed to use it for 6 days during the power outages in upstate South Carolina after Helene. I wanted a larger wattage generator, and stuck with the Westinghouse name. This generator arrived from Amazon, was relatively easy for me to unbox by myself (please be sure to have help if you don't know how to work with heavy equipment by yourself). Added the included oil, a small amount of gas, and it started right up. No problems right out of the box.

Fairly quiet. Much quieter than my old generator. I use this for my food truck. So far it has been great. Uses very little gas. I do wish there was a gas gage but it only holds 3.4 gallons so I just top it off before setting up just in case. The carbon monoxide detector is sensitive so don’t plan on leaving it against anything.
