This waist exerciser doesn't work. I know how to hula hoop really well and I use this knowledge to try to use this ring. It stops halfway and it just does not allow me to get a full rotation around me. It is not worth the money or the time putting it together. I wish I knew this before I bought it.

The instructions came ripped in my box but I figured out how to set it up. I took two pieces off for it to fit my waist when I set it up. I’ve only used it for 3 days and had to take off 2 other pieces already. I feel it working my back and my abs. I haven’t lost weight but my waist does look smaller. It’s super loud and I have a hard time getting it to keep spinning but throwing the ball works out my arms so that’s a plus in my book. Only had it a week but it is fun to do and really easy to get the hang of it. Can’t say it’s miracle slimmer ( only had a week ) but I can say it’s helping me be more active and not so sedentary . Can be a tad noisy but my fur babies got use to it pretty quickly. Now I’m dodging the kitties because they wanna catch the weight that dangles and goes round and round. Which makes it more of a workout in my opinion. It’s fun and I can see the potential for a reduction in my waist . Time will tell ! Easy to put together it’s actually bigger then what I thought it was Had to remove 4 links , but let me tell you it does not want to go around no mater what I do and I can hula hoop. It stops half way around then I get it started and sometimes I’m luck and it makes it around but then stops again hahaha what a waste of money , probably gonna send it back but I’ll give it one more chance . Oh and it’s noisy as hell , you need to fix it inside so the rollers go around it smoothly and don’t catch on whatever it’s catching on .
