The air dryer on the LOWEST SETTING will BURN YOU!!!! Not great when I spent so much money on the bidet toilet. Stuck with junk and doesn’t function properly. The dryer starts out fine then gets EXTREMELY HOT, then cools back down, Then gets EXTREMELY HOT, then cools down, this repeats for the entire dryer cycle. This is on the lowest setting. I can’t even try the other settings because the low burns you! Try a different brand is my recommendation! **UPDATE** Customer service reached out and is in the process of trying to find a solution to fix the issues…we will see. Will update with more information. *UPDATE* Company sent me a brand new toilet, it was at my doorstep within a few days of email communication with them. I do have to say that they do stand behind their products! Pretty great customer service in my experience. *UPDATED* New toilet is installed and working properly! Very happy with the quick resolution! Great service, stand behind their product!

The toilet is smart, comfortable it got a lot of function cleaning your behind and dry it. Heat Seats and heat water Open by itself when you walk in and when you stand up it flash and close but itself so you don't have to worry about flashing and closing the seat cover. It's got nice design and good product. The only bad thing is the two holes to attach to the ground is not in the middle. It's a little bit off behind so you have to have extensions or drill new holes in the ground to hold it in place.

We installed this in a remodel of out guest bath and everyone uses it instead of our master bath. We will buy again when we redo the master bat. UPDATE: Reduced due to problem with no water pressure in bidet. I can't find any manufacturer's info on how to fix this. Apparently, the nozzle gets clogged and attempts to clean it with vinegar have failed. UPDATE 2: Problem solved. Seller sent a new module and a video on how to replace it. It was an easy fix. Back to 5 stars.

I was excited about the cleaning functions And auto flush with my 6 sons. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: Good cleaning function, warm seat, heated air, auto flush, adjustable water and seat options. Good flush. Cons: Weak dryer, cheap feeling remote, installation required drilling into concrete foundation, toilet flushes before the seat goes down, cover can’t be sat on by my husband. The flush before seat going down is my biggest disappointment. That and my remote numbers not working after the first week. Not a huge deal but annoying. I feel like with some tweaks of settings this could be perfect.

First, the toilet, once it is working is actually amazing so the lower star is really more about the instructions and installation, not the actual operation of the toilet. There are some things you need to know prior to installing this toilet. - I had to replace the incoming valve as the line for this toilet is not US standard - The toilet did not fit the existing flange and it was necessary to drill new holes. I had to hire a plumber which should not be the case for replacing a toilet. - The toilet sits closer to the wall which may interfere with the current valve. A normal toilet has a footing and plenty of room to the rear, usually there is a space. With this toilet, there is no space which means it may not be easy to work around your existing valve placement. I also had some problems with the remote that would not connect to the toilet. I was able to get it to connect with a button press routing but not without going to support. The manual is written poorly and the instructions are not clear. The manufacturer did respond and even their instructions were basically Chinese translation to English so not really clear but it did resolve the issue once I understood what was being asked. It's important to note that the remote is everything with this toilet. You have limited functions on the toilet itself, so without the remote there are many functions that will not work. So, is it worth it? Aside from the problems in installation and with the remote, which at the time were really depressing, now that it's working, it is amazing. So I will say that this "would" be a 5 star toilet with just a few modifications. - US standard fittings - Fits the US standard flange - Clear instructions and especially about fit with regard to how our valves sit with normal toilets - Clear instructions with the remote. A pinhole reset would have been great on the lower unit as well as the remote. I love the toilet, it has all the smarts an arse could hope for and a warm seat with warm water is just amazing. So again, 5 stars if not for the installation issues.
