I recently had an accident which strained my right growing muscle, and it was extremely painful for a long time. I was going to replace my toilet with just a regular toilet, but because of inability to reach back, I decided on this bidet. It was the best choice I could’ve made, not just for being able to be cleaned without having to reach back, but the whole process of using this bidet was awesome. It is not completely easy to install and you need to have an experienced plumber. Do the installation the remote that comes with this takes a bit of getting used to. In order for it to properly work you must select each step and the way to cancel that step is to select the next step. For example, when you select wash in order to cancel the wash, you need to select the dryer option it cancels the wash and the dryer starts. After that if you’re finished, select the flush option, and the dryer stops, and then the toilet flushes. Lid automatically raises and closes once you are completely finished and step away from the bidet. It’s a bit higher than a regular toilet that I had but that’s fine. It actually feels much better that way. It has the option for less water for flushing and then a full load for more waste when required. To me it’s personally worth the extra money. The fit for me was absolutely perfect. I am a middle size man 5 foot eight. The warm seat is a nice function. It came well packaged, and I was amazed at how much Styrofoam was used, but I understand the necessity for that. I thoroughly love it and would advise anyone that has the extra cash to spend should get this.

OK, this is the MOST amazing toilet ever!!!! IT does everything!! I have had several units for months now and its just incredible! One of the most convenient and cool features, is the foam shield. Yes this toilet comes with a reservoir of cleaning fluid that keeps the toilet clean and sanitary. The night lignt and automatic seat lifter will save your marriage!!! No more leaving the seat up guys! Auto Flush, great bidet, just the most incredible iteration of an age old household fixture!

This review is for an Eplo U8Pro Toilet. I’ve had it since July 2024. I do not have any issues with it. Eplo has excellent customer service. They respond quickly and are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very good at helping consumers understand their products and services. Eplo stands by their products. Their customer service is one of the main reasons I went with them. I did months of research on these types of toilets and companies that offer them. I struggled with justifying paying this much for a toilet. I wanted a toilet without the tank. These are sleek and one piece. Easy to clean. The U8Pro has a built in tank and pump. I don’t know if I needed the pump, but I feel better knowing I have the extra flushing power. I just wanted the bidet and heated seat, but the auto open/close lid and seat are a big convenience not to mention sanitary. You don’t have to touch the toilet at all except the remote. Some of the features I thought I wouldn’t need turned out to be very useful. Can’t beat these toilets. Heated seat, warm water bidet, auto open lid plus more. For you DIY’s there are videos for maintenance and repairs. Easy access to the internal parts. Clean, easy, functional, convenient. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Excellent! I bought this toilet right after coming back from Japan and it is absolutely wonderful! I did install it myself but then again I do most of the things around the house myself. I'm not a contractor, I'm an Ortho bro! This toilet is fantastic! It opens the lid for you when you approach, seat is warm, bidet function is wonderful! Foam shield against splashing took a little while to figure out but customer service was spot on and timely! They explained what to do and how to make it work. Can't say enough food about this toilet! I even bought another one for downstairs, a simpler model but still awesome! Just buy it! You won't regret it!

I wanted to buy one of these smart toilets from one of the US makers for parts but they were more than double the price. This arrived with 2 guys on a Amazon truck . Great delivery experience. I installed it with some help because it is heavy. Went smoothly. I love all the automated features and they work great . I purchased 2 U8Max Smart Bidet Toilets and have never been happier. I had my contractor install them after my remodel. At first he said "I don't know about this I never installed one before". Well after he read the instructions he had no problem with the installation. I love the automatic features. Walkup to it the lid opens, wave your foot over the sensor the seat opens wave your foot again seat and lid closes, and it automaticly flushes - love it! The only issue was the U8 Max in the master bathroom the lid would not automaticly close and flush but after emailing ELPO my issue they responded within the SAME day, told me what to do, PROBLEM RESOLVED. I am VERY impressed with their Customer Service. Pleasant and very quick with a response. I WOULD recommend EPLO U8Max. I will never go back to a regular toilet. Even my Family and Friends are very impressed.
