  • So far so good! So far so good!
Color: Carrera Size: 20 Pack
I’m still tiling so it’s not finished, but so far it’s very pretty, and nicely sticky, even on my janky old concrete floor with ancient dried adhesive from the old tiles. I mixed and matched with one of the other designs from the same company, the green medallion style, so I didn’t have to worry about matching any edges if the design was printed a bit wonky. I’ll come back when it’s finished, and after some time has passed (if I remember) for an update. But they went down fairly easily, and were easy to cut with heavy scissors. I stepped on a trimmed off scrap that the paper peeled off of and it left super sticky residue on my shoe, so watch for that. I did heat each tile with a blow dryer to warm up the sticky, idk if it helped, but I feel like it did. Fairly easy to peel and reposition. fingers crossed that everything sticks and no corners come up, but it’s already a thousand times nicer than the 70 year old beige splotchy tile that was there since the house was built :P ignore the ugly bit at the base of the walls, I haven’t put the new black baseboard strip thingies on yet. The second pic with my toes in yellow shoes is just the tile laid out, not stuck down, so it still has the backing paper, just to see how it looks. Update, two days later. I had one or two try to lift up at the corners, but I peeled them back a little and applied liquid nails. I really love how nice they look mixed and matched. ... show more

  • Don't do it.
Color: Scallop Size: 20 Pack
While I know these have a use, I'm just not sure what that is. As flooring, they suck. To stick them down, sucks. You would think because the glue on the back sticks to anything it comes near and is just awful to remove (had to use mineral spirits finally) that it would stay where you lay it down. Wrong. They move and leave that darn residue everywhere. I will be haunted by my choice to use these. They are cute yet terrible. ... show more

  • Perfect for a Quick, Stylish Update! Perfect for a Quick, Stylish Update!
Color: Chevron Size: 20 Pack
I absolutely love these Retro Self Adhesive 12-Inch Vinyl Floor Tiles! They were super easy to install, and the self-adhesive backing made the whole process mess-free and straightforward. The chevron pattern is so stylish and adds a chic, modern look to my space. Each tile is a perfect 12” x 12” size, and with 20 tiles in a pack, it covered my small room beautifully without breaking the bank. The quality of the vinyl is impressive – it feels durable and holds up well underfoot. Plus, cleaning is a breeze, which is a huge plus! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my "new floor," and I love that I could make such a big impact without spending a fortune or hiring help. Highly recommend these tiles if you want a quick, affordable, and stylish room transformation! ... show more

  • Great product for the price! Great product for the price!
Color: Stone Herringbone Size: 20 Pack
The amount of times included was perfect for my small 1/2 guest bathroom. Have necessary tools, ie exacto knife or large scissors, all purpose caulk, linoleum putty in matching color, putty knife, painters tape, wet towel to name a few. The tiles I chose required me to line up the pattern so I laid a few of them out before sticking. The backing is fairly sticky but if it doesn’t adhere just use a flooring adhesive or I used all purpose caulk under the corner and put a weight on top until dry. They cut very easily. Use caulk around the edges that line up with the wall and toilet and run linoleum putty to mimic grout lines. Painters tape can help with this process. These products will cover any mistakes in cutting or uneven lines. For about $35 I was able to transform my bathroom tile floor! ... show more

  • Beautiful tile, spotty quality Beautiful tile, spotty quality
Color: Affinity Size: 20 Pack
We love our beautiful, new floor as we finally completed it, but the installation process was rife with problems. First and foremost, the the black graphic pattern printed on these tiles was noticeably misaligned (up to 1/4") from tile to tile, especially between boxes but often even within the same box. There are weasel words on the box trying to convince you that this doesn't matter, but know that if you order just enough tiles for the job you will not get clean, nicely-aligned results as shown in the product photos. Despite our best efforts, our first try resulted many misaligned tiles similar to those in the lower left of my picture with this review. We wound up tearing up our first installation and starting over with new tiles-- a mess, as the adhesive residue had to be removed with GooGone, then the GooGone residue removed with full-strength SimpleGreen as a degreaser. Our solution was to order 2x to 3x the number of tiles required, and carefully test-align edges of each and every tile (in groups) before peeling off the backing. This approach would only be advisable if your spouse had firmly fallen in love with this particular tile pattern and integrated it into the larger room design, and of course if the cost of floor tiles were a minor concern in the grand scheme of your remodeling project. The results, as you can see, were mostly good. (And now we theoretically have lots of spares, in case of future damage.) Also, the reject ratio for these tiles was pretty high; 2 to 4 tiles per box of 20 had major blemishes that prevented their use, except perhaps along an edge (where the defect might be cut off) or under a cabinet or fixture where it wouldn't be seen. Order more than you need, in any case. Definitely seal the subfloor, per instructions on the tile box. We chose a latex floor sealer that turned out to have a sandy surface, which we had to laboriously power-sand down to get a smooth surface. As with most peel-and-stick tiles, once a tile is stuck down firmly you shouldn't pull it up except to throw it away; the adhesive won't come up evenly and you won't get good adhesion. Did I recommend ordering more tiles than you need, just in case? :-) Finally, once you're done, seal the seams. Any peel-and-stick tile will have some adhesive exposed on the edges, eventually collecting dirt and dust that's a challenge to remove. Plus, sealing can help with any edges that don't quite stick firmly. We used two tubes of Infuze clear vinyl seam sealer for our 50 sqft. installation. It's not really meant for peel-and-stick tile, so contrary to the directions on the tube, don't peel up the edges of your tiles; working with a few tiles at a time, just apply a bead to the seam surface; let it settle in for a minute or three; squeegee up the excess with one of those blue, flexible caulking tools; then carefully use denatured alcohol on an old T-shirt or paint rag to clean up the last bits from the tile surface without letting the alcohol seep into the seams. This sealer dries like soft, clear silicone, so any residue remaining on the tile surface after it dries can be easily rubbed/crumbled off with fingers or a gentle, plastic scouring pad. (We used Golden Fleece.) Just be careful not to gouge it out of the seams that you were trying to seal. Very beautiful high quality thick and a GREAT value for your money. Can easily be cut. Paper peels off with ease. Am ordering another box to finish bathroom floor. I needed 2 boxes of 24 tiles to cover my 5x8 bathroom.

  • Pretty and durable!
Color: Green Medallion Size: 20 Pack
I love this tile! Product is great quality but easy to cut with razor knife. I installed it in a small bathroom 2 years ago and it still looks great. Pattern is fun and easy to match. I used a spray adhesive on floor for a better stick.

  • Not as easy as "peel and stick" Not as easy as "peel and stick"
Color: Diamond Size: 12"W x 12"L x 1.5mm T
I would never put these tiles in a high traffic area or somewhere I care about. I used them to cover my 70 sq foot enclosed porch. The adhesive on them seems really sticky, but even after folkowing directions by using an adhesive primer, and rolling the tiles, the corners still wanted to come up. I bought a spray adhesive to put under the tiles and a caulk to put between the cracks that ended up being about 1/16th of an inch. I also decided to get a footing for the baseboards to cover the edges. It ended up costing me about another $50 for materials other than the tiles and footing, which are subjective to how big your room is. For my 70sq ft room in total it cost me about $200. The tiles are not horrible, but they were a pain and took me about 8 hrs of work. If I were to do it again id get those little things to space tiles apart so all my lines were even. I didn't, because I didnt realize that no matter how well you lay them, theres gonna be a little space between them. The seller says theyre waterproof. They 100% are. But that doesnt mean your *floor* will be waterproof. Youre going to have space between the tiles. I also decided to go with a pattern that was purposely faded looking. I saw reviews on solid line patterns that said the patterns would not match up 100%. I found this to be true, the patterns can be slightly off, but thankfully in my case it isnt noticable with this faded pattern. They were easy to cut and install with the help of the extra adhesive. Just more work than expected. ... show more
