    • Returning Asefuoirk Smart Thermostat
Installation was easy enough, as far as thermostats go. That's where the good ends. The app is pretty easy to follow, but this device lacks in so many ways. The schedule is a joke, with 4 different 'time slots' that you cannot reduce or add to. Additionally, they are named and that cannot be changed (small thing, but still). You can do a different schedule per day, which is nice as is the copy scheduling from one day to another. This thermostat is not reliable, it doesn't signal the A/C to turn on when it should. Example: woke in the middle of the night to 76° in my room, checked the app and the thermostat shows 75° (no big deal), but the "cool to" or scheduled temperature was 72°, yet the A/C was not running. If the thermostat thinks it is 75° and is set to cool to 72°, it should definitely be running. I then checked it later and it was the same. I had to turn the thermostat to 68° to get it to kick on, even though it was registering a temperature of 75°. The screen on the unit is pretty easy to figure out, but we didn't actually use it for anything. Additionally, we are used to a smart thermostat that allows for just one schedule. Example: we had a schedule for each season on our last smart thermostat so we could just choose the correct one to run each time of the year that was applicable. We did not use this with any of our smart devices (Alexa, Google Home, etc.) due to returning it, so we cannot verify it's compatibility with anything other than the Smart Life app (which we love and use for our smart switches and outlets). ... show more

    • Great product, easy to install.
I'm very happy with our Asefuoirk thermostat. It takes a week to learn your habits and automatically builds a weekly schedule that is customizable. Before we had the Asefuoirk, it was common to forget to turn down the heat at night or during the day when we are at work but now, I hardly touch it. The remote monitoring through the app allows us to call for heat without having to come home. There is also a report generated that tracks the amount of heat/cooling called (in hours) so it's easy to see changes week-to-week. I would never go back to a regular thermostat.
