Just got the unit up and running about an hour ago. My initial impression is that this is a good product. It was relatively easy to connect to the wifi and Alexa. Although it comes with a remote, I put that in the drawer because I'll just use my phone and/or Alexa. The unit throws out a pretty good amount of heat. You can feel the heat being pushed out at least 1' to a 1.5' in front of the unit The unit has a rotation function that looks like it's between 90 and 120 degrees? Doesn't appear to be 180 degrees. That's fine though. The controls in the app on my phone work just fine. Alexa works for the most part; however, I noticed a few times that when I say turn off rotation, it turns off the unit. Also at least one time when I turned the unit on, it failed to remember that I had it on Eco mode and instead turned it to high mode. All in all I am happy with the product even with these imperfections as I won't really use the rotation mode. Also, because I can control it with my phone, I can bypass any issues with Alexa if they persist and annoy me enough. The main point of getting this was so that I wouldn't have to go down to my basement office and turn the heater on to warm up my area and so that requires app control on my phone. The Alexa function is just a bonus and it does seem to work most of the time.

I was apprehensive when buying the first unit but was sold on every aspect enough to buy a second. Operation is a breeze by use of the remote, app or through our Google home voice control. We travel frequently and during cold months we can monitor our greenhouse remotely thru the app and turn on the heater and adjust the temp setting as needed. The Eco mode is great to minimize electrical use which also is whisper quiet as well. We have purchased five different space heaters over the past five years. The Smart Space Heater checks all the boxes for us. Wish we would have found it sooner!

The app that the Wi-Fi connects through does not work. And it’s supposed to send an email to verify the set up and give you 60 seconds to enter into the code. The email does not send in time so I’m unable to set up my app to then access my Wi-Fi. Could’ve bought a much cheaper heater without Wi-Fi. This unit is really small and doesn’t do a great job heating a room.

I've purchased several WiFi heaters. This one uses the Smart Life app which integrates nicely with Google Home and just is pleasant to use as opposed to an app like Havaworks which is okay but can get on my nerves. Now that I have this one, I rarely use my Havaworks compatible heaters. This is quiet, efficient, and the beeps stay off once you set them off. If you notice after a day or so it must be restarted, I am sorry to tell you that it's due to energy saving regulations and not the fault of your heater. Some go overboard with that but this one does not. Same with the tipover safety switch. Some turn off if you think about the switch almost. This one needs more than a 0.3 magnitude earthquake to turn off thankfully! This isn't legal advice but I am a lawyer and I'd advise anybody looking for a Wi-Fi capable heater (the only kind to get IMO) can look no further. Click buy now. Useful?

This is a good quality heater, and it does a great job warming up my bathroom. I bought it because it worked with Alexa and I figured I could program it to turn on and turn off at specific times, and it is true, it absolutely can do that. My issue is that I can’t leave it plugged in or else it will just turn itself on and run all damned day. There must be some setting I am missing. I tried setting the temp to 65°, which is well below the house temp, but it still just kicks on for no reason. The only way I can ensure it doesn’t turn itself on is to unplug it, which defeats the purpose of it working with Alexa.

10/10! This small space heater packs a pinch. It heats up my office really quick. I love how quiet it is, even when it’s rotating. The way it is able to tell the temp of the room and stop heating is spot on. And best part it works wonderfully with Alexa. I’m always freezing in the morning and I’ve got it on a routine with Alexa to turn on every weekday at 7am. Lifesaver!
