  • Very good for the price, but no the easiest to navigate with the remote.
Size: Android TV 10
The media could not be loaded. **Update 2/23/2022; the interference is getting worse, making the last movie almost unwatchable. Unfortunately, the Amazon return window has expired, I am now working with the seller. Dropping the rating from 4 to 3 stars. Will update again after seller responds. I like that it has a stand-alone operating system (Android), just connect to your Wi-Fi, select your streaming app, enter your password, and you're (pretty much) all set, although it is a very steep learning curve with the included remote. It isn't really bright enough for my application, but it also isn't really designed for what I'm asking it to do. I am set up outdoors projecting to a 16'W x 12'H (approximate dimensions) screen (I used a drop-cloth also found here on Amazon) from a distance of around 30'. It looks smaller in the video I uploaded than it actually is in real life. For sound, I'm using a Bluetooth connection to a Rockville HTS56 1000w 5.1 Channel Home Theater System, which is absolutely awesome. I can 'feel' the movie to the point of having to turn the bass down. The reason for the 4 stars is the difficulty in using the remote and because it appears the projector is picking up interference from somewhere, almost like there's a button stuck on the remote. I tried removing batteries from any remotes, turning off any devices nearby (cell phones, security cameras, computers, smart TVs etc.) to no prevail. I can only assume it's something I will have to deal with. All in all, I will probably eventually buy a better/brighter/more expensive projector, but so far, I do not regret my purchase. ... show more

  • Not prefect, but did everything I wanted!
Size: Android TV 9
After returning GooDee, Yaber and Fangor projectors in this price range for various reasons/defects/frustrations, I gave this one a try. Of the four that I tried, this one is the least bright, but it works where others did not. It also has the best on-board speakers of the four. It was pretty simple to sign into Netflix and Disney+, the 3.5mm speaker jack worked as expected with my Bose Soundock (note most Bluetooth enabled projectors in this price range are going to give you audio & video that are not in sync, so if that bothers you just plan to use the 3.5mm jack), and streaming from an iPad via Lightening to HDMI worked as expected. I also really appreciate the digital 4D keystone correction ... this will allow me to position it off to the side so we can easily use the fire pit and watch a movie at the same time. Focus is just okay, but this is mostly a toy for the kids or the occasional back yard family movie night, so it's fine. Ease of use was what I was after and this is easy to use. One thing I had to figure out was the mouse mode. For example, to switch profiles in Netflix you have to switch over to mouse mode so you can point at the icon to switch profiles ... you can't menu over to it on the other navigation mode. Disney+ on the other hand allows you to change profiles with the usual menu navigation. But in the end, I don't think this is going to give me the headaches that I was getting from the other brands, so it's a winner for me. Just plan on using it in zero light as - again - it isn't as bright as the others i tried. ... show more

  • Not bad not good- but better than most
Size: Android TV 10
It seems to hit the 340 ansi it said. And the resolution looks nice and vivid. and I have been playing everything on it. And the android 10 seems useless. But you tube works and Netflix but, I mean if you have a fire stick is way better. But hey, is a cool touch. Now the projector seems bright enough, but the blacks look fade or opaque. Someone mentioned the it needs to have settings for picture control because movies look dark,. It doesn't have picture settings!!. And he is right some how the whites look vivid and good but any dark color looks foggy and it looks as if the projector doesn't give any vivid lights to the darks only on movies I don't understand. In a way that you understand is, if you turn your phone brightness 30% down, you still see it good but somehow the dark color seems flat, and wash off. And I can't seem to make it not blurry evenly either the bottom gets blurry or the top is impossible to make it all look sharp evenly, it almost gets sharp almost all around the screen. , but you won't notice watching movies. (I will post pictures).,So for the price is selling is not a bad buy. If you get it under 200 you will be satisfied. If only they give you a update for pic settings. It would have been an awesome projector. And believe me I had a lot of bad projectors and a few good ones. This is a good projector. I recommend to find one that has brightness control this one you are stuck with whatever settings it comes with. But hey, am picky. When they come with those settings you will find how good the projector really is. So watching movies in widescreen you can't tell is a little blurry on the corner . It actually looks nice specially watching animated movies it looks very good is a 5 stars just for movies, and cartoons. Now just we are gonna wait and see how long it last. This is the only projector I have kept so far, Hope this helps. And I had a toumei v5 wich is 720p very nice colors and brightness. Also a ViewSonic X10 4k which is vivid and very nice colors. And a lot of other crappy projectors. Enjoy this is a good projector on this range. ... show more

  • Defective 1 year from date of purchase
Size: Android TV 10
The projector worked fine for the first year. The picture was good and easy to adjust the picture keystone. At one year to the day, the opening screen froze and could not play any movies or TV shows. Ascension warranty was unable to fix the problem. The warranty did refund the purchase price. I purchased a "ARTLii Play 4" It was defective upon delivery. The auto focus lens was stuck and would not adjust the focus. The warranty was the best part of the purchase. 2 defective units, I am trying a different brand for projector #3. ... show more
