This works great for me, but I have a little bit of an issue with the space between outlets due to chunky plugs (not their fault), and for cords reaching (specific to my house). I love that it has USB charging built in so I don't have to use one of my blocks for my bedroom and can just leave a cord available to charge my phone on my nightstand. I also like that it's essentially a smart powerstrip but with one less cable. It makes it a bit harder to reach but works out well enough. The biggest issue I have though, is with 6 output outlets and only one plug on the back and no screw, it tends to get pulled out rather easily when the cords plugged into it get yanked or tugged. It would be nice if they modified it with a hole in the center and supplied an extra long bolt for bolting it to the wall outlet, like I've seen for nonsmart outlet splitters, so that it stays attached. Otherwise great buy, just gotta keep pressing it back into the outlet. ... show more

It would not connect at all to my Google hub originally. Months later I finally got it to connect on the Tuyasmart app and once it had, it blocked my phone's capability to connect to the Wi-Fi network. It took me almost 24 hours to get it figured out what was wrong with my phone, until I removed the device from the Tuyasmart app and my phone's Wi-Fi connection works perfectly fine now. Worthless do not buy it I would give it a negative review if I could. Waste of money and time! ... show more

This device has 6 Power outlets and 3 usb ports. But remote control is only for 3 outlets as 1 group and 3 usb as the other group. The other 3 outlets are permanently on. It would be great if each port had it own control function. Not impressed and I do not recommend as the use is very circumstancial and limited. ... show more

This smart plug works great with our Alexa. I bought a few as Christmas gifts as I’ve had mine for a year and use it daily. Alexa turns on my lamps every day from 6-11 with this smart plug linked to her app. Instructions are easy to follow to download the outlet app and quickly sink to Alexa. The 3 outlets on the right side are smart plugs and the 3 outlets on the left are just regular additional outlets that are not smart plugs. When I ordered I thought all 6 were smart plugs with surge protector so planned to initially use with all our TV and gadgets so just know it’s only 3/6 that are smart. The 3 usb charging ports are great for guests to charge their phones. I haven’t had issues with having to ever reset or sync with power outages and things. It stays connected and synced whenever the power returns which is an added bonus. We’ve had smart bulbs that we’ve had to resync when unplugged or loss of power and that’s a pain. ... show more
