I don’t fully care for these plugs like other brands I have, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. But they will ALWAYS tell you the plug isn’t responding when you ask Alexa to turn on or turn off a plug. “Plug isn’t responding” then the device will turn on or off 😂 never fails

I can’t tell you how many times I have installed and reinstalled the plugs separately for each device because they keep dropping off the app and unresponsive on Alexa. I've probably reset these things over 100 times and still have continued issues. I haven't even plugged in the 4th one yet because I can't get the others to work. All I want is to be able to have it turn lamps on and off with my voice(Yes I have the lamp switched on). I've installed the skill for Alexa, deleted and rediscovered them over 100 times. Finally got 2 of them to work for a few weeks. Then we lost power and I had to reset them again. It was like starting all over again and I'm out of patience. It shouldn't be this complicated. I've got Alexa devices all over so it's not like they're out of range. After not using them for 2 months I tried one with my Christmas tree yesterday. Alexa found it and connected. Turning it on/off with voice was a no go from the start. Works great with their app, but I bought these to be used with Alexa only. The only good thing about these is being able to just push the button on the side to turn on the power vs having to plug/unplug the tree everyday. Should have returned them before the return window closed.

I bought it to use it in plug of my air conditioner and i had doubts about its quality but is made of very good material and supports high energy consumption. now i am happy because i can turn on the air conditionerbefore i gethome and get a much cooler climate

I have this plug connected to two lamps and my fan. I wish I had something else for the fourth plug, but my Alexa Disk is only in one room. Hmm... I may have to get another disk and more smart plugs! :) These are great.
