There is nothing in the instructions that tell you how to connect to Alexa. They work fine with their own app. However, I did finally get them to connect but I had to ask Alexa how to do it. Go figure.

I watched all of the videos, read all of the FAQs, and even used the chat bot within the app. Couldn’t get the plug to connect to the internet through their app, which is the first step before you can even try to connect to Alexa.

This product was easy to set up and link to my echo dot. You do have to download the Smartlife app but the setup was super easy and the plugs link with Alexa so they can be turned on/off in the Alexa app also.
