We are new to owning digital locks. We shopped around and actually purchased a couple different ones that were over 200 dollars, unfortunately, they all ended up being really low quality. Either not reading fingerprints or battery not holding charges long enough. So we thought let's try a more affordable and simpler option. Low and behold, this became the best option. It was easy to install, it black actually made it easy to match with any color option, and had to option to hold hundreds of different numbers for users. We won't need it for more than 10-20 but it's a great option to have just in case. We only use it for entering and exiting from the front so we won't be using it that much as we mostly travel through the garage, but it's great for our houseguests, cleaners, babysitters, etc. The code can be changed and the online system allows us to get an instant message when the door is open or closed. Great for when we're not expecting anyone and we can immediately check our cameras to see what is going on. Overall, so far we love the choice we made. Our suggestion is to go simple and use a less than expensive option as technology for these locks don't seem to differ much. ... show more

It took me less than 20 minutes to install, and I am not a professional, I only needed a screwdriver. Batteries are not included, I am using rechargeable ones. You can lock/unlock using fingerprints, metal keys provided, wireless FOB keys provided, PIN codes, and one time codes generated in the app. The only thing that I thought it was going to be capable of and it is not is connecting to my WiFi; which is technically not bad, because I wouldn’t want to unlock my door by mistake while I am away. ... show more

This lock is pretty smart. This lock is just what I was looking for. I knew that this was one solid product. Upon opening it, the manual ans installation guide are promptly placed atop. Programming is a breeze as prompts lead you through the process. overall I recommend it.
