Easy to install in place of an existing door knob. A template is also provided for new doors. The auto lock time is programmable up to one minute. Sends a log of who unlocked the door and at what time. Downloads when in range of the knob. Keypad buttons do not have to be pressed, just touched. Unlocked the door from my phone, added a fingerprint and setup a Pin in less than 10 minutes after it was installed. ... show more

I had to spend $286 on a locksmith to come out and let me into my office! The door lock was installed so I could lock my office door from the outside when I wasn't there. I had my 2 dogs locked in my office so they wouldn't disturb my other patients (I'm a veterinarian). I went to go in my office and the lock wouldn't open. I tried the fingerprint reader, the PIN, the key fob, and the actual key...nothing worked! $286 later, the locksmith removed the lock for me and I shipped it back! He said it was a mechanical failure of the cylinder. ... show more
