    • Cute and practical little heater
I have a small storage room that I sometimes use as an office to hide away from my main work space, but it can only be heated by turning on the heat in a much larger area. Since this is often unpractical, this little unit has come to the rescue. It lets me heat just the space I'm using and throws a surprising amount of heat for its compact size. The anti-tip safety feature works as advertised and it makes only a slight noise while running. I did not notice any odor after the initial use, when it burned off some of the smells related to manufacturing. I got his one for my mom during the winter. It was very cold and we have space heaters for the rooms. I liked this one because of the added ambiance that brings to the room. It is very compact. Perfect for a night stand or a coffee table in the living room. It is cute but also functional.

    • Good Safety Features, But Missing a Timer
This heater is a nice little unit that really means what it says when it comes to safety. If you place it on the floor or a countertop, even if it tips or is slightly moved, it automatically shuts off which is a huge plus. There are plenty of heaters out there that could cause problems if accidentally knocked over by you, someone else, or even a pet. This is one of those heaters I’d feel confident leaving on. However, at $50, this heater is missing a couple of critical features. First, it lacks a timer. For a product that emphasizes safety, a simple timer should have been included. The fire simulation, which is meant to mimic a cozy fireplace, was just okay it looks nice, but it isn’t impressive enough to justify the price. Honestly, I believe this product should be priced closer to $30. Additionally, while there are low and high heat modes, it’s sometimes unclear if the heater is actually off after use. Although there is an off switch on the back, the design leaves room for confusion especially if you’re trying to avoid accidentally turning it back on. It’s an acceptable heater if safety is your top priority. However, given its price—currently discounted from $60 to $50 I don’t see it as a great value unless you don’t mind paying extra for safety features that aren’t fully realized. If having a timer is critical for you, you might want to keep looking. ... show more

I like to keep it cool in my house as I’m very hot natured, because of this I keep this in my guest bedroom as my mom comes to stay almost every weekend. It very sleek and pleasing to look at, not an eye sore like most space heaters. It puts out a lot of heat and then forces it around the room, heating it quickly. There is also a feature that allows the fireplace to remain on without producing heat. I like the look of the handle and it keeps you from burning yourself if you need to move it while it’s on. It is portable but needs to be near an outlet. It’s not super heavy but seems to be durable. My mom loves this for the ambience alone. The heat is an added bonus, her words. I appreciate the anti-tip feature just in case it’s knocked over it will shut off. This gives me peace of mind and believe it should be standard in things like this.     • Easy to operate
This small space heater works well. I use it under the desk in an office that has poor heat and I stay warm. The artificial fire looks nice. It is easy to operate and I have enjoyed using it this winter. It is small enough to not take up much space under my desk or on the floor beside me.

    • Works well for its size
When I ordered this, I was expecting it to be bigger than it is. I received the heater and was surprised at the size. I plugged it in to try it and was impressed with the heat it output and the fact that it has tip protection, so if you were to knock it over, it would automatically turn off. It seems to be decently constructed and looks good with the fake flames that can be turned on on it . As I said, I thought it was going to be bigger so I wasn’t able to use it where I was planning. Overall I cannot fault this heater, as if I had paid closer attention to the sizing of it in the description, I would have known it would be too small for my room. ... show more
