It’s a little noisy but works great. I waited to review it until after I took it on trip with me. It works great. The water capacity is nice. Ease of use is super easy one button. Size is small enough to stick in a grocery bag w pods and creamer and tie up. Heat of coffee seems normal. I have not cleaned it yet but I would assume as all coffee makers not to big of deal. The photo was just water running through coffee does not splash out or anything. It’s a little noisy if people are sleeping but gets the job done. I like this after my cheap Walmart house brand quit. I like the way I can see the water level from the side gauge, and it works perfectly. My only gripe is that the "descale" light came on, and I can't get it to shut off. I've run through two runs of vinegar, five of 10% citric acid, and three of dedicated descaling powder. Rinsed a dozen time - still on. I'm just ignoring it. Unpluging and plugging in doesn't turn it off. Bad sensor? Not actually descaled enough? Who knows. ... show more

I love this little coffee machine! It makes a great cup of coffee and takes up little room. Perfect if you’re traveling and don’t trust the cleanliness of hotel room coffee machines. I like that there’s a pod for filling with your own ground coffee and don’t need to waste coffee pods.

I would not recommend this product. The stream of coffee fluctuates a lot. It comes out fine then it goes to a trickle and then stops. And then it repeats. It's like the hot water is only coming through a little bit at a time. It also gets coffee everywhere. There's coffee on my table, all over the cup and on the coffee maker itself. So you have to clean a bit after every use. In the area where you put the coffee pod, you have to clean that area every time. Water gets trapped between the coffee pod holder with the needle and the area that the coffee pod holder with the needle goes inside. It's hard to describe. Lol. Look at the picture that I've sent. You'll understand what I'm talking about. You have to also clean that area after every use since there's standing water. It's a nice little coffee maker but it's a hassle that you have to clean everything after every use and it splashes coffee everywhere. ... show more
