I wish all thermal printers were this easy to set up! I'm constantly having to fix my larger printer in the back of my warehouse and decided to grab this to have at my desk for the items that I may personally do a label for, you know those last minute rush jobs. This printer was super quick and easy to set up and it looks great, I dont mind having it near my desk during meetings because it looks nice. The quality and function are exactly what youd expect and want from a thermal printer, and its small size makes it a perfect addition to any area. Given how well it works and the print quality, im pretty impressed with it for the price.

Love love love it. I sell a fair amount of stuff on Ebay, return defective equipment, send things to friends, etc. And it's kind of tiresome to print a label on large paper, cut it out, and tape it down with packing tape, while the labels that go in your laser printer ruined my old label printer by misfeeding and getting good and paper all over the rollers. This printer is just great. It's really, really fast, and really easy to use, once it's installed. It has labels on fanfold paper that feed in the back and they come out the front slot where they can be torn/peeled off. They look quite professional, like the ones businesses use. Easy to peel since the label is smaller than the backing. I don't know how long thermal prints last, but I can see this having other uses in the house -- labeling drawers, Ethernet cables, and so forth. Easier and faster and cheaper than a P-Touch. Plus it's really nice. Picture your printer after it's been through a shrinko ray and you'll get the idea. This would easily earn five stars, except that the instructions are awful. They don't cover everything and the illustrations don't match Windows 11. I was left with mysteries like which USB port to use (it's 006, in case you're wondering -- the manual says 000). So basically, I had to blunder through with nothing working like they said -- the red light was blue, etc. There's a video that goes by at lightning speed, but it doesn't include all the info either, at least, that I could tell because it was going a mile a second. It isn't just this printer -- installation nuttiness seems to be common in the genre, even among big name companies. In any case, once I'd fooled around a bit, it started working and since then it's been great. If the company upgrades the instructions, I'll gladly change the rating to five stars.

I’ve been using this label printer for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been a game changer for my small business. Setup was super easy (plug and play), and the print quality is sharp and professional. It prints fast and doesn’t jam, even with high-volume jobs. I also love that it works with both Windows and Mac. Definitely worth the price!

You get a small printer, power supply, USB A to B cable, 30 sample labels, instruction manual, USB Drive with drivers, and a USB C to USB A adapter. The printer is pretty easy to set up. I connected to my Windows laptop, which can only be done via USB cable. Bluetooth / wireless doesn't appear to be an option there. Drivers are on a USB drive or via a cloud link in a QR code. These drivers are from an unknown source and may be or may not be harmful. It would be nice if these drivers were available via Windows Update and were tested, but they're not. While the printer is small, you need another 8 to 10 inches behind it to accommodate a stack or roll of labels. Rolls required a caddy which isn't included. Labels can be had for about $0.04/each which isn't unreasonable or prohibitive. I generated a label with my shipping provider and it printed perfectly on the first try.

I saw many label printers, some of them very expensive and without many functions, I opted for this one because it has Bluetooth and a cheap price, and I was delighted, it was also easy to configure it to my laptop and the printing is so fast, I recommend it.

The printer itself seems to work ok, it’s the app that gets you. I’ve spent numerous days trying to find a work around to their broken app and there isn’t because they made it so only their app will recognize the printer. There is no tech support despite what they say. It’s a paperweight, and getting sent back asap. Waste of time and money. The problem with the app is when I open the app”image print” it instantly crashes, so the only way I can get anything printed is if I start fresh with the “blank template” option. I have countless hours into creating my labels, I have no interest in recreating them. The app is called “Zlabel” btw and if that was transparent in the listing I could have tried the app before I purchased the printer. The app has atrocious reviews btw, see for yourself and make your own decision.
