I absolutely love this fridge! Not having handles really is a game changer! I ordered a new shelf and received it within 2 months. The fridge did code a short time after I installed it but I was able to get a new filter after emailing the company. I have since ordered new filters and received them in 3 weeks after ordering. Go to Smad <customersupport@smad.com.cn> to place an order for replacement parts pertaining to this fridge. They do take some time to get but they will get back to you! ... show more

I am impressed with the build quality, modern design and interior space. Very quiet. Looks and feels more expensive. So why not 5 stars? The cover plate at the bottom of the freezer door has a defect, whereas pinching the water line, so water wasn't flowing. I removed the cover plate (which does not serve any purpose other than to cover the water line) and it is working fine. You cannot see the plate anyways, so not a big deal, but though I'd point it out in case someone else has a water dispenser issue and can't figure out why. ... show more

I should have known there would be problems when I could not even get the company to stick to a delivery date. After three ‘appointments’ were bumped delivery people showed up lacking any ability to actually deliver the item from their truck into a house. Once item was opened and hooked up the spectacular failure began. Water did not in fact come out of water dispenser but rather gathered and then leaked out of the front right portion of the fridge while the hose attaching to wall spewed leaks everywhere. After 6+ calls with Amazon I found out the manufacturer would not replace (not that I wanted another one but as a potential buyer - head up!) and only would return. Immediately returned and am still waiting on refund to be able to get a refrigerator that works. This entire process has taken over 2 months. Don’t get this ghastly machine unless you want to lose all the food you had and be out of money, refrigerator until someone decides to grant you a refund for a product a manufacturer knows is defective long after UPS has picked it up. Best use for this thing is as an expensive water toy for kid’s. You’ll have water everywhere except where you need it. And no, the ice maker doesn’t work. It’s just for show. ... show more

Came dented on a side but works perfectly. Very quiet, good design,, looks quality. Mine was missing one shelf. Smad (China) promises a replacement but haven't seen it yet. UPDATE- Never got the replacement shelf.

Good looking counter depth fridge for the money. Very clean lines & modern look with good led interior light. Nice large door shelves on both sides due to No water, which we like, due to loss of space with “any” counter depth. Great Customer service! Responded to both inquiries I had & were helpful. Delivery wa to my garage, but was expected. I had help getting it to my Kitchen & used a my Dolly with 2 rubber wheels. Work on my part was well worth it for the savings. Very Happy with it overall. 16 months after buying this side by side refrigerator it has stopped cooling and leaks water. It's really hard to find parts for it or even any instructional videos for it. Update- the refrigerator has stopped working and after contacting customer service 3 weeks ago all they tell me is to be patient. You can not find parts for this item and I will have to go buy another refrigerator just because I tried saving the money in the first place.
