This is a 5 Star review despite one problem and a couple glitches. Why because first off Doc & Pies Arcade Factory takes care of their customers and secondly the Table Top Game is Amazing. I was quite the kid gamer playing on one quarter for hours on such games as Phoenix, Galaga, and Donkey Kong. I was quickly transported back in time and was addicted after only an hour. There was a problem cosmetically which I'm sure was FedEx fault for how they handled the item. Because despite the incredible packing job my machine suffered some ugly damage right in the front at the base. D&P not only immediately answered me ( within 2 hours) but they offered a fair credit because of the damage. Huge plus a nd high fives to them on superb customer service. I do have 2 pieves ( but considering the amount of games, the video quality, the exact accuracy of the games from play mode to sound it's really not a biggie) they are simply the Joystick movements do not support the movements needed to play QBert so that game is lost and the sound I do think it's nuts that the volume button was designed to be found inside the back of the machine after removing plates and screws. But again the heck w it cause everything else gets a huge huge thumbs up. I highly recommend this seller and their product. ... show more

Dude! Every game I grew up playing in the 80s and more, 412 games total, and has all my favorites.! Truly endless entertainment! You can play forever, but do your homework first because you won't want to stop! Graphics on the games are actually the original graphics. Has volume control so you don't disturb others and is incredibly durable everywhere, especially the buttons. Nostalgic! Takes me back to my childhood. ... show more

..This unit Will Not SAVE HIGH SCORES!! If I knew that before ordering I would've definitely hesitated and shopped around some more. A Very big bummer, considering a $20 "plug into the TV Pac man arcade game", with multiple games, saves all our high scores. I didn't even think to question the possibility of this. The Kids and I are loving it bottom line so I cannot leave anything lower than 4 stars for this. Otherwise Game Play is awesome and selection is awesome. 412 Games! Unfortunately this review is tainted slightly by a singular important thing to me and my family that is a hassle. So we now have a "score book" that we write down our high scores on. TO DOC AND PIES: PLEASE NOTE IN YOUR ADVERTISEMENT OF THESE UNITS THAT THIS DOES NOT SAVE HIGH SCORES. THAT IS AN UNREASONABLE THING FOR THE COST OF THIS MACHINE TO NOT NOTATE!! THANK YOU Also for the 4 star rating there was debris is behind the screen that is visible while playing and a chip in the sticker on the joystick area. Calling into the company..who did respond quickly to their credit...they explained I can unscrew the front panel and then remove the entire front screen to remove the debris I have behind the screen. Not exactly what I wanna do but I guess it can be fixed at least. Many would of left a 1 star for this but I will not as it is a quality product...so far...with the mentioned flaws. ... show more

Arcade came in faster than expected ... they shipped the day I purchased! I have had the arcade only 3 days and have not played many games yet ... I have been obsessed with the pinball action game for some reason. Love the arcade and if you spent many hours in an arcade in the early 80's, you will too. The volume was way to loud for me ... but might be perfect for some. We had some difficulty finding the volume control (instructions said on the right of the box and it was finally found underneath the box) but once found volume control was an easy fix. Don't let age keep you from purchasing an arcade - I am in my 60's - because it is great for all ages. This is a great item for the Corvid19 quarantine and I'm sure the kids and grandkids are going to love it, too, when they are free to move about the world. ... show more

Got it for my wife who liked the late 70s-80s style of video arcade games. Very nicely built. has any game you could want. Came in a nice heavy box. We pulled it out set it up, and booted it up. She plays on it every other day or so. My granddaughter loved it.

games are lots of fun. Whole family is enjoying playing the games we played in the 80's. The knob does come loose-plan to put plumbers tape on as others have suggested. The screen was loose in the box and we plan to attach that as well. There were a bunch of loose screws in the box which we have not figured out where they are supposed to be. Also.... in the menu of 412 games, there are about 11 spots that don't have an associated game so it is actually about 401 games. Not a big deal for us as there are sooo many games and most we don't recognize anyway. It is a fun distraction during this covid isolation time! ... show more

Didn't care much for the action or graphics, but my main complaint was that if you are not satisfied with the product, you assume all costs with returning it. It cost me almost $200 to return this product. Amazon said they would file a claim to get my money back, but so far have seen nothing. Doc and Pies were unwilling to accommodate. ... show more

I got this machine in early January. Sadly there was no sound when you play games. When I called the vendor (Doc and Pies), they told me that a new machine will be shipped AFTER CHRISTMAS! I bought this as a Christmas gift for myself. What a bummer!
