Item was as described - there were extra parts included however these extra parts are not explained in the user manual - it took a while of hunting on my own to find what the extra parts were for on the slushie machine. We did use it over the holiday weekend and found it to work very well and look forward to using it all summer by the pool.

This was by far the quietest machine we have tested and fast freezing and would have kept it but the front panel scroll button wasn't too responsive and had to be pushed continuously.Also the pause button did not work. and the dispenser seems to get clogged even when the slushy wasn't that iced. and the fact that when we received it, it did not have any of the clear blue tapes you have to remove before use, made us wonder if this was a return. all in all good, amazing quiet machine if the issues we had were only on our unit.
