Works exactly as described I absolutely love how customizable these are as in you can set different tones and levels of beeps vibrations and shock to suit different dogs. Especially having different beep sounds for each dog it lets them know exactly who’s attention your trying to get. Battery life and range is impressive. Works great for 2 dogs. Would buy again. Collars are adjustable for both our large and medium size dogs. Have only had to use the beep and vibration so far. The light on collars is great for night time as I can see where they are.

Slopehill’s Dog Training Collar, in my opinion is the best product among any competitors. My product arrived the next day, well packaged & protected presented well. Small box includes the actual collars (2), the remote control, a dual USB-C charge cable and a manual. One collar was black. The second is black with an orange stripe. After sizing it to my dogs, I elected to not trim the excess but let the extra length just hang down. I have discovered in use a quick glance at your dog seeing the extra piece of collar hanging down verifys they haven’t lost it. On rare occasions when you click the collar on your dog, be sure to have all the fur not caught in the clip, aggressive behavior, or even shaking themselves, can disengage the collar and you may lose it. The collar is are well-made engineered, to protect them from wear and tear, the the light aims straight out and is able to be turned on with the remote control when it is on, it blinks to let you know it’s on . There is audible feedback telling you when you actually turn it on and there is a different audible feedback telling you when you turn it off. The remote control has three buttons on the front, one to send a beep, 2nd activates a vibration, the 3rd sends a shock. Below the buttons is a slide switch for; off, on, and on with shock disabled. Holding with your left hand, your thumb has a slide switch for collar, one or collar two. Next to the antenna is a push and turn control for changing the sounds and the levels of the vibrate and shock setting, on the bottom, is the USB-C port for charging the remote. On the back is a handy belt clip, including a wrist strap. I think they have thought of everything. The manual is well written complete with graphics and descriptions of each control button. On top of page 5 of the Manuel they tell you to press and hold the on/off button. I believe that to be incorrect, they should say grasp and slide the on/off button.

4 Stars right now; I've only had the product a few days. I'll be back to update it in a month or so. Initial impression: It's a good product. Everything has worked as presented. Instruction manual is pretty good - there are a few places that could use some fixing but, you can figure out what is being communicated. Switching between collars is easy using the slide switch. Changing to the desired collar is almost instantaneous. Each collar can have the Tone/Vibrate/Shock preset to whatever levels you want. Adjusting is easy but not necessarily quick but, the process is effective overall. I really like the Shock Lock so you can't accidentally use it. I really like the two collars as I have two "wild animals" aka Welsh Terriers. Very high energy, very smart, very stubborn. One is a 5 1/2 yr. old female and the other a male puppy at 14 months. He has an issue with resource guarding: shows teeth, growls, sometimes a little nip; he also wants to attack anyone near his crate after he excitedly jumps in to go to bed - go figure; he growls when you want to pickup his empty dish after eating. I used the shock (on 3) twice: once to stop the growling/attacking from inside his crate and once to get him to give something he stole; intensity 1 and 2 were ignored; Vibrate and Tone were "laughed" at. The crate issue now only requires an occasional buzz on three or four and the "stop" command to end the problem, when it occurs. Good! Getting him to give something took a Shock on 3 tonight to get what he stole. That too is progress - it used to be a real fight. You should charge the receivers over night otherwise, depending on frequency of use, you may not have it when you need it. The Tone function for my dogs is just OK, maybe better for others. I have used this device on a walk with my puppy and the tone/buzz caused him to refocus and he began to heel better than ever. I will be trying it when he sees other dogs and turns into a shrew. Make a plan as to how you will use this - it can be abused. It should not be used to make your dog stop something without you being immediately ready to praise and reward the correct behavior. I noticed my puppy trying to run away, which I don't want, and so I quickly praised him and gave him love to let him know it's OK. If you do this right, you can begin to use just verbal commands and get the behavior you want. Yelling "no" at everything they do or don't do, just confuses them. Last, for my dogs, I try to hide the remote from view because, as I said, they are very smart - then can figure it out where the correction is coming from and can either run away when you pick it up; stop what they are doing until you put it down, then start again. Or, they can run from you when you want to put on their collar. Good luck.

Love love love these for my big dogs. It’s easy to control and work. The charge lasts forever. The only downside is the flashlight doesn’t stay on but a minute on their collars. The vibration is gentle and the beep isn’t obnoxious but you can pick different ones. I would definitely repurchase these.

The unit when we received it in October worked perfectly. The range and the battery life is great. We have two border terrier dogs and they respond immediately to the alerts. It would be difficult to keep track of them without the collar. It works for behavior in the house and outside. The clasps make it easy to take the collars on and off. When they stop working after about six months it made it difficult to take them outside and one night they both took off. Fortunately somebody in our neighborhood took them in for the night and luckily we got them back the next morning. When we contacted Slopehill they responded immediately and honored the warranty and sent out a new unit which we received within a few days. Hazel their representative was amazing throughout the process and I can’t thank her enough. We’ve tried other remote collars and this is by far the best. Light on collar is great for at night and is amusing to watch them run when it’s on.

These have been the best e collars I've bought over the course of ten years. I don't train with per se but my ex wanted to have when we took in the last rescue as a break away type of deal. I love the light feature since I have a row of woods they run through and were fairly priced as well. For some reason it seems like it wouldn't allow me to leave 5 stars

Update: sellers reached out and provided a new set which have worked good so far! The collars work great they have a flashlight mode, beeping mode, a vibrate mode, and a shock mode. I do not use the shock so am unsure how well that works but the beep and vibrate modes work great. I like how far it reaches compared to other brands. The flash light mode is great for night time. Only had for 2 months worked great at first but now won't turn on even after charging for hours. I enjoyed the fact that it worked such a long distance but with the price it shouldn't have only lasted two months.
