I used these as prizes for a kids' party. I figured it's the original brand, and the price is comparable to the knock-offs, so why not get the real deal? They were a huge hit, the only toy consistently popular with the entire age range (5 to 13). I can't think of many other toys that both Preschoolers and Middle Schoolers would enjoy! They're well built. Kindergarteners are NOT gentle with toys - I expected that one of these might be destroyed during the party itself. Nope. Over a month later, at least 3 of the 4 are still intact. Being plastic, they're resistant to tangling, and easy to fix when that happens. I'm impressed. It's a classic toy that seems as resilient now as it was when my parents were kids, that's still "fun for all ages" in the age of social media, and that you can buy an inexpensive four-pack of.
