I didn't really pay attention to how oversized this chair is. It's HUGE. It makes the rest of my furniture in the room look like dollhouse furniture. That said, it's pretty comfy, solidly constructed and nice looking. When my 86 year old 115lb Mom sits in it, she looks like Edith Ann but she likes it. And if Rubeus Hagrid comes to visit, there will be a place for him to sit.

Absolutely love this chair! It is slightly larger than I imagined it to be but I don’t mind that at all it’s so comfortable and cozy and fits perfectly in the spot I wanted it for. It’s actually more comfortable than I thought it would be! It was quick to assemble didn’t take a lot of time, instructions are clear and easy to follow. Everything came well packaged and nothing was damaged in delivery. Quality of the metal frame feels strong too and not worried about it breaking. I love the modern neutral look it gives to the room, it really looks great! I gave the pillows about 48 to fluff out and it’s now nice and thick! Love the breathable and washable material. The pillows come off the chair for easy cleaning. It’s a super cool chair and I’m very happy with it.

I guess I didn't love this as much as the other reviewers. It definitely does some things right. It's a bit larger than you'd expect and the minimalist design works. All the pieces were there and it arrived early. The chair itself- once assembled - is probably a 4, maybe a 4+. But I'm a veteran of some assembly required "dorm room" furniture. I've also assembled many, many pieces of weight equipment. I struggled with this one. Assembly instructions are one diagram and I wound up disassembling and reassembling it a couple times when the holes didn't line up. Stickers with Part numbers would have helped. Also there is a definite sequence to fitting the pieces together that I found through trial and error. The instructions list three steps that are basically 1. Put the frame together, 2. Connect the backrest and 3. Throw the cushions on. I think listing out an order for assembling the frame is necessary. I foundconnecting one horizontal pipe to the two vertical pipes- then fitting the other horizontal pipe to be far, far easier. Lastly, the Color is listed on Amazon as Black. It's actually Charcoal Gray. If you look hard at the picture on the listing you'll see that. Didn't really bother me, but if you're looking for a Black chair- this isn't one.
