The quality it good. However, either you install this very large and hideous plastic railing on the outside of the house that just looks really bad and cheap for everyone to see or you install it on the inside between the outside and garage door but then the magnet gets stuck to the garage door and pulls the entire thing up and rips the sticky sides off. The instructions are written like a 5 year old wrote them with NO detail what so ever.

Easy installation, perfect size, smooth operation and looks good closed or open. I did not use the included valance. Preferred the more streamlined look. Would recommend.

I really like this mesh for the garage. The closure magnets are strong. However I had to use a tougher velcro and industrial double sided tape for the top track since it would not stick to the siding of the house without sliding. Overall the screen is made to good quality but there could be some improvements to the product or add that tougher velcro and sticky tape or E6000 may have to be purchased separately.
