I wanted a screen door for the pups to go in/out and not have as many bugs zooming into the house. Easy to install. I chose white to match the back porch theme. Strong magnets keep screen closed when not flapping due to pups parading in and out. Speaking of pups. Make sure no birds sneak in during said parade. Nothing like dressing in whatever can fit over your head and carrying the pool net for catch and release. Now imagine John Candy and Dan Akroyd in The Great Outdoors trying to catch a bat. Yeah that method... My endeavor did not turn out successful as I had to get back to work. Apparently while I was at work, the pups took it upon themselves to rid the castle of marauding birds thusly trapping the poor frightened little thing in the screen, unfortunately tearing the bottom. Thusly having to repurchase another one which still hasn't been installed yet. Good news, the bird escaped and returned days later to build a nest by the door and snickering each time the pups go in or out. So...nice screen doorway but try to not let marauding birds enter the castle or the pup security system will sound the alarm and destroy part of it. ... show more

This held up great year round for 2 years, which for the price is great. Nice for dogs going in and out, nice for husband going in and out while grilling, for kids. Easy to use and closed every time. Hardly a fly or mosquito gets by. Biting another now for the part that opens only because a puppy chewed on the bottom over time and a long magnet came out. The screen still works but for safety we will replace that outer screen. ... show more

We got the screen for our back door to allow our dogs to go in and out during the summer. We do not have the option of installing a doggie door in that location. It works great for the dogs to be able to push themselves in and out, and the side split does not leave an obtrusive line down the center of the door. The only thing I wish was that you could swag it back to the side when you are carrying stuff in and out otherwise I would’ve given it five stars. ... show more

Pretty good item. I ordered this after fighting with two flies for over 2 hours. I assume they got in while watering my plants. This was a pretty easy install. I would suggest you have the following items ready for the install (see pictures below) and It took me about 45 minutes to install. I used their Velcro tape on the side but my own Alien Tape on the top. Much better!!! I don’t know if you know about alien tape but you need some in your life. BEST TAPE ever. Ok now back to the screen installation.😊😊 I love the white because you can still see outside very clearly. The magnetic hold is pretty decent. I purchased some magnets just in case I need stronger magnets. These seem to be doing the trick. Cannot speak to an animal going in and out. The quality is pretty good compared to when this item first hit the market years ago. My last advice is to MEASURE properly and all will go well. It does the job for the most part. There’s a gap at the bottom which still allows bugs to get it since there’s no magnet there. Durability is questionable, screen could not withstand dogs pawing - after about a month, it torn.
