Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought my first one of these in 2020. I live in an apartment and the patio door doesn't have a screen on it and this was the perfect fix so I could open the door on cool mornings/days and get some fresh air circulating. Our washer/dryer are also out on the patio in what used to be the water heater closet so I would go through this screen very regularly. After 5 years of of this consistent use, the magnets that keep the middle together and closed ended up coming free from their positions and falling down towards the bottom. Again, that's after 5 years of regular use. I just had to get a new one and replaced it with this since the first one was great. All I had to do was remove the old screen that was just help up via Velcro and a few of the push pins that come with the kit. I had the new one on and new push pins in for extra secure adhesion in like 5 mins. Strongly recommend getting this!! Durability: Lasted 5 years of regular use. Ease of use: I mean it's held closed by magnets so yea, very easy to use. My dog uses it by himself. Functionality: Keeps the bugs out while I let the cool air in. Seal: There's not a way to seal it to the bottom of the door jam, so it hangs loose at that spot, but the other 3 sides are very well sealed with Velcro that goes all the way down/across the left and right side as well as the top. Door functionality: So functional and easy to use, my dog knows how to go in and out of it to lay on his bed in the sun. Screen quality: It's made out of a good strong material. I have no concerns about it lasting another 5 years.

I’m really impressed with this magnetic screen door! Installation was super easy—took maybe 10 minutes. The included hook and loop tape holds strong, and the extra push pins give it added stability, especially important because I have dogs going in and out. The mesh is durable but lightweight, and the magnets run the full length of the opening, so it snaps shut automatically and securely every time. No gaps, no bugs sneaking in! It’s been great for airflow—fresh air in, bugs out. I also love the snap feature that lets you hold the screen open when you need to (like during a barbecue or when moving things in and out). This is something the ones I've ordered in previous years did not have, and I especially am happy with it. Overall, this has been a great upgrade for my home. Recommend if you're looking for a simple, effective, and pet-friendly screen door solution.

I have had this product for two months now and I have to say I am quite pleasantly surprised. It's a lot more attractive than I thought it would be. I've even been complimented on it. The hardest part was measuring and applying one side of the velcro to the edges of the screen, but that was mostly because I did it where I didn't have enough floor space. The magnets hold the two sides together very well. I have mine hung pretty tightly (I could adjust its position on the half of the velcro that is applied to the door frame to change that, but I like the tidy look) so I have to pinch the sides together at the top and then the rest of the middle seam comes together like a magnetic zipper. The bottom is not sealed so bugs could technically get in there, but if they have, I haven't noticed. And that lets my little dog go through it easily. It seals right up after him, and absolutely keeps the bugs out. I can now keep my office's exterior door open on warm summer nights without my monitor getting swarmed by all things that fly. My only concern is that at some point I'm probably going to want to peel the velcro off the door frame and I suspect that it will damage the paint. I have touch-up paint, though, so I'm not terribly worried even about that.

It is nice to be able to keep the door open on a nice day. Sizing is right, good quality product. Easy to install. The vertical lines in the net's weave adds strength to the netting - our dogs scratch through the bottom of the net and notice that the tears are small and stop at the vertical weave preventing tears from progressing. Just like all door mesh, velcro tape helps the net adhere to the door boarder but this pulls apart when force (like when a dog runs through the mesh) is applied. Thumb tacks are supplied but temporarily keep the area in place until new force is applied once again which is typically the case since this is a high traffic area.

This magnetic screen door has been a great addition to our home, especially during warmer months. It was super easy to install, fits snugly over our doorway, and the magnets close instantly after walking through — totally hands-free! This is the best purchase!!! I hesitated putting it up but it was really easy following directions. I removed my slider screen following directions on YouTube. Super easy! This screen works amazing. The magnets are super strong and closes well. My dog loves to go in and out and it didn’t take long for her to figure out how to push through the screen. No more sliding my screen open and close and no more flies sneaking in. I highly recommend this magnetic screen!

Great product. I had issues with another brand that the magnet wouldn’t stay together. But this one seems much better. Such an easy install so anybody can do it. I would highly recommend. I live in an apartment with a balcony so this helps to have the door open and avoid bugs. The only downside is the bottom there is about 2 inches of room for bugs to crawl through so that might be an issue for some, I generally don’t care too much about that
