The install was very easy. Measure width midpoint, measure 7 ft from the floor, clean the surface before you apply the Velcro. Revealing the sticky side of the Velcro was a challenge. We found that if you created a crease in the Velcro parallel to the narrow end, it will create an air pocket. Insert a small screwdriver, such as one you’d use to tighten your eyeglass frame into the air pocket and the plastic will come off of the adhesive with a little convincing. We applied the screen to prohibit wasps, hornets etc from establishing an unapproved time-share inside our outdoor bar that we’re renovating….and yeah, years behind schedule. We adhered the screen to the inside and not externally because it’s not an official garage and we’re like, you know…different lol..So far so good!!

This screen is awesome. I waited a while to do a review. It's been through 3 nasty thunderstorms and this thing hasn't moved. The magnets stay together perfecting in the middle. Like others, I feel like maybe a few more pieces of weights on the bottom might make it perfect, but it's not a deal-breaker at all. I would recommend this to anyone fighting bugs during muggy hot summer days. We are seriously over it. We are ready for the fall and this will be great to just keep open and not have to worry about flies coming in. Very happy with this. As for the tacks that come with it, I only used 2 them. I put one on each left and right bottom of the door frame. That's only because they way the paint was chipping off the velcro didn't stick to good. It was about just 1 inch from the concrete driveway that didn't stick, that is why I reinforced with he tack so it just doesn't move ever. I didn't use them anywhere else, I'm not sure I need to. Although the more reinforcement the better I guess.

The garage door can get caught on it from time to time and tear if you dont anchor properly on the outer part of the garage....We buy a new 1 every year for the price its ok but we use command strips to anchor it on a lil bit better...overall for the price its OK and serves the purpose

it’s only been up 2 weeks snd part is releasing from wood structure and magnets are not strong enough for closure when windy. bottom is not closing very well without my help
