I've needed one these for a while now, so was glad when this was offered to me. Overall I am VERY pleased with it. Let me quickly note what I DIDN'T LIKE. There is some loose piece rattling around in the case somewhere. I actually started tearing the unit apart to find it, and it is not easy to do! Once I got the drawer out, I realized whatever it is is up in the button panel area, and was not going to fall out, so there is no way that it will interact with the mechanisms of the slide. I really think that something like this really shouldn't have ANY problems though, so I dropped a star. Two other small things are less than perfect. One is that the teeth that hold the mount to the box are not really that long or big. Obviously if someone REALLY wanted to and had the time they could rip the whole unit away and take it, but if these tabs had been longer and stronger, it would take more effort. NOT a deal breaker though. Lastly, the security screw that you put in after mounting it to the plate is a great idea, but understand that if you decided to mount this unit FLAT on it's SIDE, then when the draw slides open it catches on that and you have to pull it out the rest of the way by hand. Again, not a deal breaker if you know it ahead of time! As far as the good things, there are plenty. Well made, sturdy, VERY HEAVY (Surprisingly heavy! Lots of steel), great job of powder coating, easier to set up than the instructions are to read, and nice clean lines and finish on the whole thing, including the buttons. Keys work good, which is essential. I like the added bonus of a light when it opens. ! It fits a G19 nicely. I did remove the foam inserts, then took a small piece from the magazine slot and shoved it down by the bottom where the barrel hits... All to get it up to the height I like. You can easily fiddle around to get your perfect fit as well. I think overall it is a good deal and that I would recommend it to most anyone looking for one. (I only review items that I really, ACTUALLY use. NEVER just opening the box and looking at it. Hope it's helpful!)

WJIECO Slider Biometric Pistol Safe The safe offers multiple access methods (keys, code, biometrics), a solid build, smooth operation, and a silent mode. Programming is easy and the interior is customizable to accommodate a pistol with a weapon light and different mounting configurations. After a few days of use I did not encounter any notable drawbacks. I set the safe on my closet floor next to my long gun safe and stored my Glock 19 with a pistol light inside; the fit is good and the unit operates smoothly for everyday secure storage. Absolutely no worry about unauthorized access. Would work great mounted to an office desk or even on the wall. Lots of options. I would highly recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. This gun safe is incredibly easy to use; my 70 year old aunt was able to easily figure out how to operate it by herself and program her finger print into it. It feels like nice durable quality and feels very sturdy for safekeeping our gun. Storage capacity is nice for a range of hand guns. It functions beautifully and makes me feel comfortable having our weapon be more secure but also easy to get to. I also like that it can be mounted to either a wall of even a bedside table to make it more secure but still handy. It's powered by 4 batteries with a small compartment in the rear and has a blue light in the interior to light up your piece so it's easy to see if it's dark. I like that it can be setup with 3 different methods of security too. Also, if you accidentally enter the wrong code on the key pad, it only takes a few moments for the buttons to beep and blink red, then you can go ahead and retry.
