  • celticwitch1981 ( Blessing for my Husband)
Size: SLF30
This chair is very lightweight and easy to load into my vehicle once the handles fold down making it able to stand folded but upright once wheelchair is locked. The no tilt backwards has helped when getting into our home. But mostly it's been so easy for my husband to use and it's given him some freedom. He has ALS his hands are curling and weak this chair has been a huge blessing for him and the price is really reasonable.I can the battery also hold a charge for a very long time. ... show more

If you’re interested in this wheelchair the Midivente D3-F is the exact same wheelchair as the Zurcheel SLF30. Both sold here on Amazon, both are made by the same company and both have the same customer service number, address etc. so compare their pricing. When my Zurcheel wheelchair arrived it was in a Zurcheel box with the Midivente model # D3-F. I called the company rep and asked if they are selling the same wheelchair under different names and she said yes the wheelchairs are exactly the same and that the two companies merged. BTW the customer service with this company is Excellent! That’s the main reason I bought my wheelchair from them based on my particular needs and their great customer service. When i called them I got no answer and left no message but within several minutes they called me! The lady answered all my questions and was very helpful. I asked if the wheelchair drive wheels had resistance when someone is pushing it and she said YES it does but not as much as when the controller is turned on which locks the wheels. I asked this question because one of the reviewers said when the unit is turned off it goes to manual mode and can be pushed easily, Not So! There is some resistance because the drive wheel motors uses “Brushes” and are not brushless. Someone can still push this wheelchair but the drive wheels won’t move as freely. I knew this before I ordered it as I intended to use battery power so my wife wouldn’t have to push me as I’m 6’4 250lbs. I also thought she “may” be able to load my wheelchair in our car trunk since it only weighs 38lbs but after lifting it myself I don’t want her to do it because of her bone density issues. It’s more awkward than anything putting it in our Prius trunk but it works. I looked at other wheelchairs that only weighed 25-28lbs but when you add their 10lb battery it’s about the same weight as mine plus some of their customer service reviews were dismal. My wheelchair is very comfortable, I use a seat pad at times, the chair is built solid with nice welds, my batteries were dead when I got it but only took 4 1/2 hours to fully charge it, the charger does get a little warm and goes from red to green light when charged, holds a charge nicely, I use it for short trips only and haven’t driven it 12 miles and don’t intend to, mine did come with high quality manual brakes that work great. I wont use the seat belt but I did install the tip over wheels. Im also ordering a bag that fits over the back seat to carry my oxygen tanks along with a side bag/cup holder. All in all I knew what I was getting when I ordered this wheelchair and I consider it a good value with great customer service before and after the sale and I would recommend it if it fits your and your family particular needs. I looked and researched “All” the electric wheelchairs that’s selling on Amazon and bought this one and I don’t regret it and I would buy it again! Thank you Zurcheel/Midivente for your outstanding customer service! Also, when folded and putting chair in trunk keep the plastic controller facing UP so it doesn’t get crushed. UPDATE: Can you believe this? Out of the blue today Heather from Zurcheel’s Customer Service called me today and wanted to know if there were any issues or concerns I am having with my wheelchair and if I had any questions for them and if so they are here to help. REALLY? There is such a thing as great customer service and Heather at Zurcheel proves it! I have been using my wheelchair now for almost 2 months with no complaints. The wider seat makes a big difference in comfort, the chair has extra bracing to support 300lbs, The batteries hold a charge for a very long time and I have yet to have a need to charge mine however I only use my chair in my home or for doctors appointments. I have also learned that if needed I can disconnect the controller from the chair arm and have my wife use it while walking behind or beside me. It’s nice to know in case I have a stroke. FYI - Zurcheel also has a seperate controller available if needed for that purpose. I had researched all the electric chairs on Amazon and found a few that fit my needs and some costing thousands of dollars more than mine but their customer service reviews turned me off. What good is the best most expensive wheelchair in the world if not backed up by the company? I believe the good folks at Zurcheel truly care about their customers as they make a high quality low cost easy to use wheelchair knowing that we are dealing with enough problems in life already. Based on my review one might think I work for them or am paid for my review, neither is true. I’m terminally ill and only want to give credit where credit is due while I still have time to do so. ... show more

  • It does exactly as advertised.
Size: SLF30
The unit performs just as expected. It matches the sales description for size, weight, fit, ,and comfort. The Mobility and joy stick controls are excellent. The unit folds easily and is easy to get into and out of the car trunk. I rode the unit continuously for over a hour and the battery indicator showed 50 percent charge remaining ... show more

  • The Best Power Wheel Chair I could get for my needs
Size: SLF30
Just what I wanted. The User Guide states it is for smooth paved surfaces. I have a Golden Companion ($2,000) mobility scooter, which is perfect for "off road" travel. This $700 electric wheelchair is not the same thing, and I am more comfortable with it on paved surfaces. I am disabled and will be getting rid of my car this year. With the power lift on the back of the SUV, I could take the Golden Companion with me. I will no longer soon be able to do that, so I began looking for an alternative. This SFL30 turned out to be spot on after my significant research. Weight was the #1 factor for my search, as I will be relying on assisted transportation. At about 30 pounds and folded up like a large suit case, it works for me. At 215 , 6 feet, the 19" seat and full size chair is also a plus. My use will be pretty much limited to, going to, use at, and coming from medical, dental and veterinary facilities (I have a 9 year old service dog that I have worked with to walk with me and the wheelchair. For my needs, this chair to be spot on and I would buy it again, as the price is a bargain in my opinion. My only wish is that it had a manual brake. The Wheel Chair moves when I stand up, which I find scary at times. It has an electronic braking system, and I have not extensively tried that and am not really sure how much I will trust it yet. The Wheel chair does come to a stop when I take my hand off the control stick, but it still moves when I stand, as it can be pushed with the power off. I bought a manual brake to attach to each side and think that ought satisfy me. I bought another 5.2 AH battery and will keep it charged and with the chair. If I lose power at some point, this chair will operated with one battery, which ought get me home. Personally, I think I made a good choice. I have been using this for over a month now and will post my current opinion: I still think this is just what I was looking for. I have the Golden Power Scooter for off paved areas. It is heavy and does not turn in tight circles. The Zurcheel is light enough and folds into large suitcase size for me to carry to transportation vehicle. I will not rely upon it for off the paced surfaces. I find it very good for in-door and on paved surfaces. I use it 2-3 hours in-doors and the power charge drops from 4 lights to 1 light. I then recharge it for a few hours, back to 4 lights. This is working for me just fine. I did buy another battery to have for if I got out with an extended range in mind. The batteries seem to give multple hours of travel and I will not be more than 10 miles from home with this, or any power scooter for that matter. I am glad I got the 19" wide power wheel chair, as I am sure the 17" models would be too tight to be comfortable. The charger and extra battery fit nicely in the bag that comes with the chair, so it is easy to take with me if I travel with this chair, which I might this Summer. The only negative I still have is that the manual hand brakes that the image shows were not on my unit. Sure, a minor bummer, but none the less a bummer. Turn the power off and the chair is easy to push. With power on, it is tough to push and is not stationary. Overall, I found this an excellent in-door electric wheel chair for use in tight spaces. ... show more

  • Cheaply Made
Size: SLF30
Had the chair for less than 30 days and the leg broke off. Very disappointing because we loved everything else about this chair. Bought another one since the person really liked it and was sad it broke so easily. This one was a lot sturdier but the hand brakes did not work…ugh!

  • Great Mobility Booster
Size: SLF30
This wheelchair was bought because of my wife’s mobility issues. Using a standard wheelchair on our carpet was difficult. This chair is perfect for her to move herself to any place in the house. Very little assembly. My wife mastered using it on her first use. It fits easily through the regular size doors. The light weight makes it easy for caregivers to position it. The materials used in the seat pad that attaches with velcro is easily cleaned and dries quickly. It has made taking care of my wife much easier and enables her to be more independent. It is a definite asset for caring for a wheelchair bound loved one. Using the toggle switch to operate it might be a problem for one who isn’t mentally alert. ... show more
