I don't write reviews very often however I try to when I hope that I can help other customers. First. The Shipping was VERY fast. Got ours in 3 Days when it showed it would take longer Second. The 3-Seater Recliner / Wall Hugger is VERY comfortable. Even the Center Seat that does not recline is comfortable (with a coffee table as a footrest). Third. It does wall hug well. We have ours out 6 inches from the wall and we have plenty of clearance (I think the description said 3 or 4 inches) Fourth. The Functions are Great. Now for the not so great. First. The directions are ok but look at the pictures closely. It's very easy to mix up the left and right of the backs. Second. It's HEAVY. Ours came in 7 boxes but at least two of them are heavy. Third. Even with the directions we almost never found the console back (it's stuffed inside the console and is removed by opening the zipper on the bottom). Our fault on this one but is easily overlooked. Fourth. The hooking together of the sections is kind of easy BUT does not have a positive locking system and the sections are heavy. This is both good and bad. When trying to move around and position where you want the sofa they come unhooked very easily. Fifth. Did I mention it was heavy? ... wait until the sofa is hooked together and your wife wants you to move it a few inches here and a few inches there .... is fun. ... especially on carpet and the sections keep wanting to come unhooked. Then today when breaking down the boxes I find a stripped-out screw in the bottom of the Left Power Recline Base Box. So now I'm concerned something might be loose underneath (so check all the boxes carefully when unpacking). This is the side my wife always uses and hasn't seen any defect yet. Note the company does recommend keeping the boxes ... I had to break ours down in a manner I can retape, but the wife says all these boxes MUST GO. Is enough to fill a room. Overall ... the quality seems good! The Size is what the wife wanted. The leather is nice. The blue color is consistent and nice. I would buy it again, but the wife says white glove delivery next time (we are both 63 and she was my helper :-) ). I think we probably saved a ton of money getting the sofa this way plus we could not find any stores local that carried a 100-inch sofa. ... show more

Early review, received the loveseat recliners with console about 3 weeks ago so these are initial findings and impressions. Although seem sturdy, not enough use to comment on durability and reliability. Shipment was fast and it was well packed. Although a couple of the boxes had been “stressed”, no damage to the contents. Be aware, some of the boxes are very heavy, especially the two containing the recliner bottoms. The shipping boxes state: “Made in Thailand”. The assembly was fairly straightforward though the documentation was sparse and some confusion in naming conventions. From start to finish, required about 3 hours. With the exception of the center console, all the parts basically slide and lock into place. I would say it took longer to unpack and remove the protective wraps than it took to physically assemble. If possible, would suggest you assemble exactly where you intend to use it. Once put together, it is not easy to move without disconnecting recliners and console. One disappointment was the color does not seem to match the photos in the listing. It is called “Saddle Brown” but it is much darker than it appears in the listing. In my opinion, it’s just simply brown. We have another leather piece in the same room which I would call saddle and it is much lighter. I didn’t expect them to match but this loveseat/recliner is much darker. The recliners are reasonably comfortable and operate smoothly. The power headrests are a truly beneficial feature. Things to consider (which I didn’t). Customer Support – If you need assistance, you will have to go thru the Amazon support portal. I tried contacting the vendor thru their website (which seems to be missing now) and rec’d no response. After two attempts, went thru the Amazon portal and received message back within 24 hours. There is no written warranty. None was included within the shipment and when I requested from the vendor, was told there was no documentation but that they would replace any defective pieces within 1 year after purchase. The motors apparently are not user replaceable. I was concerned about whining in one of the recliners and was told that if it was defective, they would ship a replacement seat. That’s OK if it fails in the first year but what about after that. I’ve never had a recliner but realized with this power design, if the motor fails, the recliner is of little value unless repaired. What I’m saying is that if you are OK with a standard manual recliner, then that is what I would buy and save some money because, in the long run, the motors in the recliner and headrest are points of failure. Overall, I am satisfied and feel it provides good value. Hoping I get at least 5 years of service. ... show more

Style: Loveseat Color: Cream
This loveseat looks and feels very high end. Love the style and function with the easy controls, pop out cup holders, charger, and storage console. To me, however, it isn’t the most comfortable as it’s a bit firm. I do think, however, that the leather will soften up with time and it will be much better. My husband reports that his feet hung over a bit but was ok. Directions were a little difficult to understand but better than most. It was fairly easy to put together and took an hour or two with much of that time being unpacking. It comes very cleverly packed. Boxes were super sturdy. ... show more

Near Perfect Loveseat. This replaced our old costco power genuine leather love seat. Hard to find since costco isn't currently carrying them. Grateful to W&W. I agree with nearly everything jle said except for buying a blue couch. lol. Shipping was five days early. Quality was flawless. It looks just like the picture, beautiful loveseat. Back height, just a little short for a 6' man. The head portion is still very comfortable, this is not a deal breaker. So the power headrests are great for my wife. Seat feet and lumbar area are extremely well designed, I no longer need my lumbar pillow. I do use the head neck pillow. Directions clearly written for the simple-minded or non English-speaking Were waste of paper. Left and right are oriented facing the couch, not sitting in it. I reversed the backs and the seats both and had to do the backs over again. Directions, do not tell you clearly how the two seats go together. It's on the bottom rail underneath the couch. Two knobs R slide in to frame openings on left rail. seatbacks do not attach, slide brackets are for arm extensions. Study the parts not the directions. It's easy once you know how. ;) ... show more
