The media could not be loaded. Great trampoline. Great bounce. Lots of fun! Customer Service has been FANTASTIC! VERY responsive! That alone is worth it! Would give Customer Service 10 Stars if I could!! Only minor drawbacks were the ladder instructions had us put the steps on backwards so they were slanted downward rather than upward - very uncomfortable on our bare feet! Customer Service sent us a brand new ladder so we could install the steps in the correct direction. Also, the sprinkler needs to be rigged up somehow, since the weight of the water-filled hose cuts off the supply to the sprinkler on the trampoline. We will work on a solution for that next summer. The lights require an electrical outlet, which is hard to come by in a back yard! We decided to order a different set of lights that are battery-powered (39-foot string fit perfectly!), and they work great! We used the plug-in lights that came with the trampoline to decorate our back deck instead, and they look great! A little bit of doing to do, but all in all, it has turned out to be a great purchase! Wanted to give 4 stars due to the ladder, sprinkler, and lights issue, but Customer Service has been so awesome that I gave them the full 5 stars!

I ordered the Yorin 16’ trampoline. We got the trampoline, but did not get the box with lights, sprinkler or socks. I contacted the rep from YORIN, and she was very nice and understanding about the parts not getting to me. The rep assured me that they would send the parts and she was very apologetic . I received the box in a very timely manner, and I was very impressed with their quick response to my first message to let them know about the missing items. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase their products. I would especially recommend the 16’ trampoline. It is pretty, sturdy, well built, with instructions easy enough to follow when putting it together (of course it is time consuming to assemble) and so much fun. The lights, sprinkler and basketball goal make it extra special. I appreciate the quick response to solve my problem.

I built this myself in about four hours. Unfortunately I put the jump pad on upside down at first so I had to remove all springs and turn it over. I stripped the basketball clamp nuts by using a drill so be careful, Windy from customer service sent new ones right away. The net was tricky, when I got to the end there was too much slack so I had to undo and go back to use more slots so it wasn’t all sitting in the front (that will make sense if you did it the same). I tied the spring pad ties too tight over the spring. When I jumped on it a few ripped off right away, had to go back and untie the others and tie them looser. All said and done it looks great and seems to be a solid trampoline, happy to be a new owner and the kids love it.

As with most of the people who ordered this site, the sprinkler, lights, and socks did not come. I've contacted them as instructed so I trust they will come soon, BUT that doesn't help with the 4 very disappointed children. It took 5 adults ALL afternoon to assemble and believe me, you have to go step by step and do NOT try to "jump" ahead. The actual product seems sturdy and I really think it will last years. The children were excited, well partly anyway, to jump the 5 minutes of daylight we had left.

I am really not happy with this purchase. I bought this trampoline to replace a trampoline my kids had for 7 years. I've had this trampoline up for less than 5 months now and it has already broke. The poles that hold the net are extremely cheap and flimsy, they bend easy and are not strong enough to hold/support the basketball hoop. The poll holding our hoop actually completely broke off. It bent and inevitably just snapped. Leaving us no choice but to remove the net. I don't think this is worth anywhere near the cost. The sprinkler system is pourly designed and just adds more weight to the polls, I think if you're going to spend this sort of money on a trampoline, there are just much better options out there

This is an excellent trampoline that me and my kids have loved from the second we put it together. It is sturdy and with the anchors has even held up to a bad windstorm that rolled through just days after putting it up. It was easy to put together (the only time consuming pieces is weaving the string for the netting). This is definitely the best purchase I have made as the kids are on it every day and I expect they will be for years to come.
