Been searching for the perfect pillow--and this it IT! Can't count how many pillows I've bought over the years thinking they would be comfortable only to be disappointed with a pillow that's too hard, too soft, too hot or too noisy so I was not expecting this one to be any different. Opening the compressed package I was immediately impressed by the construction and quality of the fabric. Still, it looked flat and I figured it would not fluff up as advertised. But, I was wrong! The pillows did fluff up (though I admit, I helped one of them along by putting it into the dryer on a no heat setting to see if it would fluff enough to use the first night it arrived). That did the trick and I enjoyed a great nights sleep. I'm just using the larger of the two pillows inside the casing. With the second smaller one, the pillow was too high and too firm--but with the one insert this pillow is perfect! Not too hard--not too soft, not too hot and not noisy! Never had a better pillow--ever!

I bought my pillow 5 months ago. It was good for my neck and back (I'm a total side sleeper) and I seem to sleep better. However, there are actually 2 inserts and some padding on the inside of the pillow envelope. I guess that is why people are mentioning 3 inserts. One insert is fluffy and the second is less so. When I have both loose inserts in the pillow is too high and my head ends up at the very bottom of the pillow during the night. When I just put in one insert it starts nicely, but loses its loft during the night and I need to "squish" it together to fluff it up. I wish I could buy the smaller insert separately. I then could use the 2 smaller inserts and it would be perfect.

First off, I've always thought I liked big, soft pillows. Little did i know that it was NOT what my body needed! I am a back and side sleeper. No matter what brand/thickness/firmness I got, I ALWAYS woke up with neck pain and my chin on my chest. I have spent countless funds on pillows, only to be disappointed! Until this one!!! Upon opening, I noticed how unbelievably soft and squishy it was and that it was customizable (3 pillows in 1). Night 1, thinking because it's so soft, I used both inserts. Fast forward to morning and my neck was somewhat better, but still had my chin on my chest! Ugh!!! Night 2, I used just the medium pillow. My neck was better than the previous morning but still not perfect. As a last ditch effort, and I have NEVER slept on a flat pillow in my life, I used the small insert only. It almost felt like I wasn't even using a pillow at all! I wasn't looking forward to sleeping that night and didn't have any hope of a good night sleep. Boy was I wrong!!! Never, and I mean NEVER, would I have thought a pancake of a pillow would be so heavenly!!! For the first time ever, I woke up without my head jacked up!!! No more neck pain and better sleep! WHAAAAAT?!?!?! I love how I can pull it further down, because it's so squishy, and it forms around my neck and shoulders! I don't feel like it's thick enough when I'm on my side, but it's easy to fix by folding the corner under. I even took the medium insert that I'm not using and gave it to my 4 year old. He loves, loves, loves it!!! My husband keeps trying to steal my pillow and has been threatened with his life if it goes missing! Haha! Guess I will be getting another one for him as well! If you already like a soft pillow, you really have nothing to lose! It's a $ back guarantee!!! UPDATE.....Now, my husband has hijacked my pillow!!!! First off, he has always liked big, thick, firmer pillows. Anyways, he slept on it the first night with both inserts and said it was just a little too much. Night 2, I removed the thin insert and he was SOLD!!!! He said he slept like a baby!!! Guess I'm off to buy another pillow so that I can have mine back and be able to sleep again!!!

The pillows are the only ones we have found that you can control the firmness. I bought these pillows 7 yrs ago. Just order new ones…my granddaughter loves her also…she says she doesn’t need new one yet (yours is 7yrs old) These are well worth the money….washable also
