I’m focusing this review on the buying, delivery, and assembly experience, since the product page already covers the specifications. Other than that, the product itself is excellent and beautiful, filling any kind of goal. I placed the order without paying much attention to a detail in the description that mentioned the item would arrive in three packages. The delivery estimate was between Wednesday and Friday of that week. However, the first box unexpectedly arrived earlier, on Sunday, and required a signature. Since I was not home and was not expecting anything that early, the driver had to return the next day. On Monday I signed for it and received the first box, which was quite small. At that moment I had no idea there were additional packages coming. Only the following day did I notice the label indicating it was 1 of 3 packages. Amazon’s system marked the entire order as delivered once the first box arrived, and the platform only showed the tracking information for that first shipment. The other two tracking numbers were not visible in the order details. When I contacted Amazon, they explained that I needed to reach out to the seller to obtain the remaining tracking numbers. They also told me that if the seller did not respond within 48 hours they would step in. The seller eventually responded and provided the additional tracking numbers, although there was a delay, possibly due to time zone differences. At first the additional tracking numbers created confusion. One of them showed updates for shipments going to other destinations, and another appeared to have the same issue. Because I urgently needed the couch fully assembled by Saturday of that week, this created a lot of stress and uncertainty. I contacted Amazon and FedEx multiple times trying to understand where the rest of the order was. The seller stayed engaged and tried to resolve the issue, explaining it might take some time to clarify what happened. Eventually the tracking information corrected itself, one of the tracking numbers appeared duplicated, and the shipments finally started showing movement toward my address. In the end, the remaining packages arrived by Friday. The seller had also proactively sent additional boxes as a precaution during the confusion, which we are now arranging to return. Regarding assembly, most of the process went well until we reached the step where the two base sections connect. Each side has two metal connectors for the armrests and another metal piece in the middle that aligns the bases. One of those metal pieces was slightly bent, which prevented one of the storage drawers from sitting level with the other side. I was able to fix it by carefully widening the metal opening with a tool and then tapping the drawer into place so that both bases aligned evenly. The listing suggests the couch can be assembled in about 30 minutes, but in our case it took my partner and me around five hours. Part of that time was spent trying to figure out whether one of the extra boxes contained a better fitting drawer section, which unfortunately had the same metal issue. Despite all these challenges, the furniture itself is exactly as described, and is exactly what I wanted. It is sturdy, comfortable, and the fabric texture feels great. The storage drawers in the base are extremely useful for storing items and clothing, which was one of the main reasons I chose this piece. The size is perfect for the space. I am still getting used to the small center legs at the front of the couch since I have already bumped my toes on them a few times, but that is more about adjusting to the design. It’s worth the price. We have already opened it into the L configuration and I am excited to use it as a guest bed as well. In terms of design, comfort, and functionality, the couch is beautiful and fits perfectly with what I was looking for. My main advice to future buyers is to be aware that this item arrives in multiple phases. The first package requires a signature, and the others may arrive later and be left at your door or storage area. Amazon’s system only showed the tracking information for the first box in my case, which caused a lot of confusion. I believe Amazon should provide separate notifications and tracking visibility for each package when a product ships in multiple parts. Finally, I want to mention that the seller was responsive and supportive during the entire situation. They stayed in communication, tried to clarify the shipping confusion, and even sent additional boxes proactively to make sure I would receive everything needed. My only suggestion would be that sellers send all tracking numbers immediately after the order is processed so buyers know from the start that multiple packages are coming. In the end, the product itself is excellent and I would absolutely buy it again. The three-star rating reflects the complicated shipping format and the assembly challenge, not the quality of the furniture. ... show more

The product took a while to arrive (we got 2/3 boxes and the third one after some days) but the seller was extremely helpful and responsive. The couch is comfy and looks really good. The assembly was a little tricky because not all the pieces were labeled and putting the sofa arms was a little tricky but we found a video in YouTube that saved our lives.
