I love this King size Topper! But... there's two things I do with my beds with toppers! My bed is a Regular King size and every six weeks I have someone help me turn the mattress with this Topper connected to it CLOCKWISE "one-fourth turn!" (Always turn clockwise so you can remember.) That gives the Topper time to really rejuvenate by the time it's turned 1/4 turn 3 times by the time you sleep on it again. Also... when I put the NEW TOPPER ON... and BEFORE I put the cover over the New Topper... I place a heavy blanket or two OVER the top of the NEW TOPPER! This makes the Topper stay cooler. You don't get NEAR AS HOT! When you place a blanket or two between you and the Topper. So.. I put on the Topper... then at least one or two heavy blankets, then the Regular Topper Cover that you get with the Topper. Then I put a Good Quality Matress Cover over the top of all of that, then my bottom fitted sheet. If you happen to get a wrinkle of any kind in the blanket that you put over the Topper? You can go down along the side, reach up under the Topper cover and just gently pull along where the wrinkle is and it will straighten out beautifully! It works! And you won't suffer from the heat near as much in the summer. Even though they say a Topper is much Cooler... Hmmm.. All Toppers are hot to some extent! I am 89 years old and have had lots of experience with Toppers. I am fussy about my home and living space!

The mix of gel memory foam and the pillow top cover is super comfy and supportive. The cooling feature keeps me at the perfect temperature all night, so no more overheating. Since I put this topper on my California King bed, I’ve been sleeping so much better. The only downside? It’s so comfy, I never want to get out of bed in the morning! This definitely made my bed feel as soft as a cloud… almost a little too soft lol I’m considering taking out the memory foam (as I’ve seen some comments mention) but the main reason I took off 1 star is because something in the foam gave me hives 😳 not sure what it is, but I got hives going up my arm after it brushed up against the foam. Usually that only happens from animal dander (dogs specifically)… so I’m wondering if this was used already by someone who has a dog… or if it’s a new, developing allergy that I’m unaware of.

Let me help you out & save you tons of time... I spent HOURS online researching for the best, most cost effective mattress topper & I kept coming back to this one. I also checked the consumer reviews website as I do before I make any big purchases & this rating was high. I knew to not get anything less than 3", really 4" high, since over time you would have no benefit. The first hour I received this, it was already on my bed & it was so incredibly comfy. Everything is at first though, right?! I didn't realize it then but as the days go by this just gets better & better & better. I suffer from fibromyalgia & insomnia and was desperate to find something, anything, that would help instigate & sustain a better night sleep for me. I am still bewildered some mornings when I wake up with zero lower back pain & less aching in my body. If for some reason this one ever wears out or is destroyed, I would pay twice the price for another one. That is how much I love this thing!! Unlike some of the other mattress toppers I've had, this one does not move during the night nor does it move when I slide off my bed in the morning. With many others I have owned, I have constantly needed to readjust or pull more to one side or pull it back up to the top of my bed. I have none of that hassle with this. It stays completely put. This mattress topper is all one piece and is exactly like a mattress pad only everything is built nice & tidy into this one piece and you put it on just like you would a fitted bed sheet. So you would put this on first, then make your bed as you normally would with your sheets, blanket, comforter. There is no need for a mattress pad as this is all in one piece already. So when I first put this on my bed, I looked at it & figured the reviews I read lied!! LoL! I didn't believe something that looked so simple, could provide such comfort. I was so so wrong & this is one time I am ecstatic to be wrong!! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy this. If you're on the fence about it, just know I did hours of research & have been using this now for over a month & I am in love!! This is hands down, one of THE BEST products I have ever purchased for myself! There is no reason to stay on the fence... I'm telling you, if you're looking for a better night sleep, more comfort at night or both, this is exactly what you need!

I had purchased the plush version for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it so much I had to purchase one for myself. I hadn’t been sleeping well on my memory foam mattress and was waking up every day with a stiff back and sore sides. After putting this mattress topper on my bed last night, I had the best sleep I’ve ever had. I normally would toss and turn a lot but I slept like a rock for a full 10 hours.
