  • Great Value For The Money - Updated with FPS rates
Style: 2700X | 2060 Super
I just received and set this computer up and I am very happy with my purchase. I am a casual/wannabe avid gamer that didn't want to spend a ton on a rig that would last me a while. I play PUBG, No Man's Sky, ARMA 3, Apex and Risk of Rain 2 mostly, and I wanted something that could provide me with high/ultra settings and a clean presentation. This computer fits the bill: the cabling is very nice, the tempered glass side panel is a nice touch (you can admire how clean it is inside), and the performance is exactly what I expected. PUBG looks and runs great on ULTRA at ~80fps, No Man's Sky looks amazing in ULTRA at 60fps, and Apex runs beautifully at a constant 60 on the highest settings. The included keyboard and mouse are nice, I have small hands and the mouse fits my hand really well. The keyboard is heavy (good thing) and the key layout is pretty good, I find myself wishing that the angle was adjustable, it sits a bit higher than I would prefer, but I may be an anomaly there. Keys are tactile and not too clicky, the Windows key can be locked out, which is necessary since it is right under my hand when I play. Set up was easy, and the lack of pre-installed software was nice. All in all, a great computer for the price, I am impressed. I would recommend this rig to anyone. ... show more

  • Very good product
Style: 2700X | 2060 Super
I just bought this desktop a few days ago, and I like it very much. It can perfectly run the games that I can't do on my previous laptop, with very high quality, and it also provides a keyboard and a mouse for you, which saved me some extra money. The customer service is very helpful too, I was confused about why does the Bluetooth signal so weak before and then I go on their skytech website and ask the customer service to solve my problem. Their representative reacts very quick, and quickly solved my problem. There is one little thing I'm not so satisfied, it is the shipping company that didn't follow my delivery instruction. But other than that, I believe this product worth its price and I like it very much. ... show more

  • pretty good for gaming
Style: 2700X | 2060 Super
This is my first gaming PC, I just recently got back to regular gaming after 6 years. This is a good gaming PC if you do not want to build it yourself (building yourself should be cheaper as there are always discounts on parts and you can choose the specs). This can handle most games on max ultra settings no problem, I didn't see any performance issues while gaming. PC heats up a lot when running games, but that is to be expected as it is a standard PC for this price. Storage is a bit on the low side to be honest, as the 500GB will run out quick if you install super new games as these new games take up a lot of storage. I wish it could be 1TB SSD. Will prob have to buy extra storage if you want to have many games installed. Overall, it is a good casual gaming PC I find out with these specs & price. ... show more

  • Great little package for the price.
Style: 2700X | 2060 Super
I have to say that the build quality is very good. The cabling is nicely routed and hidden from view of the open part of the cabinet. The case itself is nice and compact and gives you all the things you need. The additional USB, headphones, and mic input on top are useful. The LED fans are quite quiet and has many color options. I'll admit we did have a small issue when first booting up. Turning the machine on turned on all the fans but nothing showed on the monitor. At first I worried it was the video card but after opening the case I noticed that the CPU power cable was disconnected. Simply plugged in and boom we were up. Obviously the first hour or so was updating Windows, unavoidable and expected. The machine and the SSD are very fast that booting up is nearly instantaneous. I will buy again from Skytech when and if the opportunity comes. ... show more

  • Wonderful-for three months...
Style: 2700X | 2060 Super
I bought this for $1,100, not sure if the price has changed. I've been using it for about a few months or so now and it's very powerful. Everything runs smoothly from League at the highest settings to POE at the highest. Also runs 3ds and Photoshop amazingly with no issues or stutters. Took me a while to pick the perfect PC that had amazing components for not an outrageous price and this delivers. I had one small issue at ship, my hard drive wasn't plugged in so it kept booting to the motherboard, needless to say I was freaked out, but even an inexperienced PC person would have noticed that upon opening it. Everything was wired wonderfully, it's not a huge mess, although one of the wires was touching the fans outside ring and I didn't notice until I saw the dust from the slightly shredded wire casing. Luckily I caught it before it broke through. The only and I mean only real downside to this machine is that it keeps shutting off randomly and I can't figure out why. I won't be doing anything extremely resource intensive and it just shuts down completely, but I've learned to save my work frequently and it boots back up quickly so until I get really annoyed it's fine. UPDATE: So, not even a few days after writing my initial review was I slapped in the face. Those power issues I mentioned up above hit full force last Thursday, the machine turned off once again so I said oh no big deal, boop turn it back on. It powers up, LED's go on, fans a-spinnin and boom, no connection to my monitors. I did everything in my power to attempt to fix it. I check and made sure everything was seated properly, nothing got unplugged, there were no bad wires blah blah blah. Checked both my monitors thinking maybe they were the issue, nope. It just won't connect. I know it's not completely powered on because when it shut off my bluetooth headphones disconnected as well. Not sure what to think here, I just bought this three months ago. $1,100 for something to be defective three months in when I'm in the middle of a busy college semester. Fantastic. I've contacted Skytech directly through their website customer service but I don't know if that will do much. I don't think they're an essential business and they're based in CA. It's only Sunday so I will update when I get an email back, let's test the customer service route. I don't want to return the machine and I don't want a refund I just want it fixed, it was amazing up until the power issues. Keep you posted... I bought a replacement motherboard myself and it been perfectly fine since then. At the end of the day it’s a great machine and I’m glad I bought it. I don’t need any more than this. ... show more
