Took about a week to go from order to delivered. Well packed as it needs to be given the size of these 3 fan graphics cards. This case is massive but most of it is free air space. Only down side is that it only has 2 HDD + 2 SSD mounts. Would be great if the info packet had a list of things like what mobo is in it. For people like me that want to immediately put their old drives in and run an older the OS. Runs heavily modded New Vegas and Dwarf Fortress like a champ. Ive had it for 2 days and ive had no problems so far it runs the games have very smoothly its fun for modding games, and its compatible with tv's! You just have to plug the hdmi cord into the gpu instead of the motherboard, would definitely recommend to anyone whos into pc gaming and looking for a mid-range pc! I'll provide more updates as time goes on. Update: over 3 months with this Rig and it still works perfectly fine the only issue i have is the the two other buttons beside the power doesn't seem to do anything other than that its still great! ... show more

Purchased this computer in March 2025, received it on April 10th, was very happy, until I turned it on. I cannot add external gaming speakers. I did a live chat with a Microsoft IT person, they deleted all my audio drivers and reinstalled them, and still no sound. I asked why these audio devices were not working and he said I have bad USB, or something in the computer that is not allowing these devices to have sound. I have been on hold with Skytech for 1 hour 45 minutes and then was hung up on. As I am writing this, I am currently on a second hold for 1 hour and 5 minutes. A voice comes on and says "you are caller 21, then again 15, then 24, just a bad hold line. On the first call I put my number in for a call back and 2 hours and 45 minutes later still no call. I am pissed and I am returning this back on Amazon. I am very frustrated, and if I would of known about the customer service hold time, I never would have purchased this computer. ... show more

I ordered a Skytech Chronos 2 (Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz, RTX 4070, 1TB NVME, 32GB DDR5 RAM RGB, 650W Gold PSU) directly from Skytech. It was packaged and boxed extremely well (far beyond my expectations) and arrived in good condition. Skytech doesn't list specific components so you might receive something different than me. My computer uses an MSI Pro B650-P wifi mobo, a Zotac Amp Airo 4070, Oloy 2x16 RGB memory, MSI Spatium M450 NVMe. drive and a Gamedias 650w PSU. The system has almost no bloatware installed--the only pre-installed software I recall was an app to control the RGB lighting. I am fairly happy with the component list. The case was much better than I expected. I was worried that the system wouldn't accommodate more drives. The MSI motherboard actually does have ample SATA connectors for drives, however the case itself--while plenty large--does lack any bays for SSDs (or mechanical drives). That said, I was able to connect a couple of SSDs and just found space in the case to stick them. I also added an additional NVMe drive. The biggest "issue" with my Skytech build ultimately stems from the motherboard they chose. I literally had no idea how bad MSI mobos can be. Although the mobo performs satisfactorily, the PC regularly takes at least 2 minutes 30 seconds to boot (from the stock MSI Spatium NVMe). Sometimes it literally takes 5+ minutes to boot up. That's not an exaggeration. The MSI mobo bios is atrocious. I've done fairly extensive research on the mobo and the slow boot-up times are very common. I've tweaked the bios to try and improve the boot-up speed and that still results in a boot-up that takes 2 minutes 30 seconds. My previous Alienware Aurora R7 from 2017 would boot to Windows (from an SSD) in literally SECONDS. Also, when my PC was first delivered the fans would run at nearly full-speed. Skytech seemingly performed zero setup either in bios or software. Even the RAM wasn't set up correctly in bios. I built PCs from 1992-20018 and yet found this oversight truly stunning. I spent DAYS trying to figure out how to control the fans on the Chronos. The whole process was very confusing because there was a conflict between the MSI mobo bios and the pre-installed software. I finally tweaked the bios fan settings and began to use the Open Source "Fan Control" program and that has helped immensely. I'm pointing this out because although Skytech can provide real value with these pre-built PCs, they did nothing to configure them. It seems like they just put the parts in a case, make sure it runs, and ship it. They did nothing to optimize the experience, nor did they even test that basic stuff like fans were operating correctly out-of-the-box. All of that said, I am overall satisfied with my purchase. I did my research on the cost of components and I was able to purchase the Chronos 2 pre-built for less than I could if I built a system using the same (or similar) components. And despite my dislike of the boot-up time, Skytech used very good components for the build. Honestly, I expected them to cut a ton of corners given the price I paid, but they delivered much better quality. The only real criticism I'd give is that--at least in my case--they shipped a PC without doing some very basic setup. Luckily I built PCs for decades and was able to dig into the MSI forums to troubleshoot. Most people can't/shouldn't have to deal with those problems and Skytech needs to do a better job. ... show more
